I tapped 2 of those 4 holes on each side of the bearing and pulled that whole part off and got the vanes out .

Use bearing grease on the bearing(s), not oil.

There’s also a bearing at the other end that is sealed in some kind of cement.

You will pass visual inspection but will it pass a smog test by doing that?

Hey corvetteman. Nice video! Question though, before you took it apart. Was it making like a tick/tap sort of noise? I have a feeling mine is need of cleaning and re greasing too. Appreciate the reply! Thanks!
