I have the same experience. I did something similar with Tony Robbins - thaaat was way different. I cried heavily then. The whole session took about 20-30 minutes.

Very good. I will need to run this again several times to fully absorb it. Some of my problems are not psychological or emotional, and I will need to figure out how to envision a solution. For example, I am an ex-convict. There are so many limitations put on me by society and the justice system that are physical demands that truly limit me in many ways. Thank you Marczell.
Marczell I feel you bro and just want to encourage you to keep your head bro! You are right. The justice system is designed to keep people in it especially minorities. A probation requirement is you must have full time job or risk violating and going back to prison and at the same time they demand you complete victim impact panel classes, community service, labor detail, and other classes knowing full well that new employees don’t have any seniority hence they’ve got no vacation or sick time accrued to use to fulfill these probation requirements hence it’s inevitable that most end up losing their job and ultimately violating their probation/parole. They require you to pay court costs, attorney, court and probation fees, including weekly or monthly urine tests and any counseling courses the courts ordered. It’s a dead end for most sadly and it’s entirely intentional. I know because I completed a 5 year deferred felony probation which something like only 7% actually complete successfully. The only reason I did was because I was young at the time, my parents were instrumental in supporting me financially otherwise I’d be a convicted felon today for violating probation. All that said to say it’s possible. The devil doesn’t mess with his own. so when the weight of the world is on you just know it’s because you are doing something right, my guy. Gods got you! Now you’ve just gotta get yourself. and the fact that you’re researching various methods and techniques to cope speaks volumes. Keep it bro we’re rooting for you! 🤘🏽

I followed every word and instruction. Not just understand, I imagined, felt it at the moment and emerged in it… When i opened my eyes i picked up where i left off when i closed then. I do no make believe has always been an issue for me cuz i have always strongly believed. Maybe cuz i cant pretend im this or that, im unable to be hypnotized and manifest in life. Ughh!

I felt worthy enough to take care of me. I momentarily saw and felt myself actually DOING WITH JOYFUL EASE the things I have left undone, JUST FOR ME, - BUT it was only for a fleeting moment! Although this feeling felt very liberating, I couldn’t bring back the feeling or follow through on fixing that state into my very being bc I became VERY nauseated.
Also I couldn’t follow the steps bc they were given way too fast. Couldn’t process the instructions as quickly as they were given.
