I only got hypnotized when I couldn’t open my eyes
I can’t begin to tell you how thankful i am. This worked on me completely. And you telling me in the hypnotic state that i was enough and that count up has truly made me so happy. Happy to the point when you clicked your fingers and said eyes open i began to cry tears of happiness and relief that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Thank you from the bottom if my heart.

Hi. You probably won't even seen my comment. But i just wanted to say thank you. You changed my life with this amazing experience. I've been going through some bad times in my life and this experience just made me feel confident again and made me feel like i am capable of overcoming everything. Now i believe that everything is possible
You helped me so much. Did this after the other video. I have a movement disorder that has made it IMPOSSIBLE to get the right side of my chest and abdomen to expand for air. For years. In this hypnosis state I had this feeling in my throat, like I was choking on some nerves. Then I realized it was the pathway to get my chest to expand! Oh my word I can breath again!!! To top it off this greatly increased the range of motion in my left arm!
You seriously don’t know the joy this has given me. I’ve been working so hard for 9 months to rehab my brain and I just feel like crying. You wouldn’t believe what a relief it is to feel air filling my lungs without mindbreaking pain. The rehab process has shown me this will stick around too! Thanks for sharing your gift with the world.

This. Was. Incredible.
I have struggled with clinical depression and crippling low self esteem almost my whole life. I was also a skeptic at the start of this video. I can say confidently I definitely experienced a state of hypnosis and started like… shedding silent/quiet tears without even realizing it during the last section. This definitely hit a very deeply rooted, somatic nerve and I am so grateful. I could totally see the value of this in a mental health space.

This was such a weird but beautiful experience. Of I was smiling and he said relax my smile disappeared and I got totally relaxed. The paper part made my first start but when I started to disappear I started to smile. Hearing and believe you are enough make me so emotional. This was truly amazing and I feel amazing. I found you just recently, I tried hypnotizing myself through this video, and it didn't work, but my body was super relaxed, my movements were super slow, and I felt like I could sleep any moment, so good video! It probably didn't work because of my super loud ac in the background, and also the fear of breaking my neck.

Thank you for this experience! In the end, i caught myself crying listening to the sugestions, I guess some issues are deeper then we think they actually are. I'll keep coming back to teach myself how to let go easier, thats my whole point!
This was so weird, every trick worked on me. My left arm rose without me intentionally doing it, I was dying laughing at hypnosis and I couldn’t open my eyes. It was very relaxing and amazing.
