carlos conde but that changed to a coin flip to see who will it's better system according to there official site the coin flip is a 50% chance of ANY two fighters will come out as the winner seeing that the voting popularity system wasn't fun....at all in that case if the system was still around naruto would of beatn luffy due to- idk, naruto is more popular that luffy of course naruto wins because of this < they said "no" naruto vs luffy (50% chance all on this simple coin flip) spoilers: luffy wins by one shooting naruto in his gut with "red hawk added with haki"

Inuyasha is even slower than Kenichi although he is stronger than Ranma, Ranma outspeeds him easily (Low super sonic reactions to supersonic+ reactions is a huge gap). Inuyasha has 3 advantages in this battle (he can time travel, can regenerate fast and is much stronger than Ranma but even with all these, it's useless without having speed) not only that but Ranma can use his enemy's own chi against them like he did against that guy that can destroy a mountain.
