    Any new drivers looking to not have a health condition due to their car interior, this man does know what he is talking about. My rule 1 when getting a new car, never let the interior get into this state. 20 mins hoovering a week, and 10 mins dusting, one a month dress it if it look s a bit dull. i normally deep clean a car like this one a year to get rid of the winter. Supervised Matt, and he really needs it ;) lol

      Just did a friends car as a treat. He had been away for several months (Forces, not prison) so did it as a welcome home present. He’d let it get into such a bad state before he left, then it grew mould over winter. Took me a full day on the interior, starting at 9 and finishing when it went dark. The worst of it is that his wife has severe allergies, including dust, and always wondered why she felt crap after long journeys. The car was disgusting. 🤮
      Two goes with the carpet cleaner and the seats look almost new again.
      It was possibly the worst car I’ve ever seen.
      I don’t see the point of paying £40k for a car and treating it like crap.

    I like that some of the tools you use are not expensive. By chance I have just bought the same make DA polisher you used in this video. £75 compared to hundreds for pro machines. Then there’s the power drill. I had the same one for years and only bought it because it was cheap.
    No need to buy all the expensive toys.
    My drying towels are inexpensive ones from Amazon and they are amazing. I save my hard earned cash for good waxes, shampoos and polishes. I just wish I had the cash for a AVA power washer. 😂

    Hey Epic, I’ve seen your videos on all pressure washer reviews, I’m leaning towards an AVA, but I’m guessing your reviews are more for mobile? What would you say would be the best pressure washer being stationary? Love your videos your a great help 👍

    • @epicautomotivedetailing
      @epicautomotivedetailing  2 місяці тому

      hiya it makes no difference really apart from if its stationary you can get away with having something slightly bigger that doesnt need moving

    nice work guys. that glaze really did a superb job. Is it similar to and does it perform like Super Resin Polish?

    • @epicautomotivedetailing
      @epicautomotivedetailing  2 місяці тому +2

      Super resin polish has abrasives and fillers. This is basically just fillers with added protection so not long term but good enough to see the car through for a few months.

    Dave, why are you not fixing interior as the first thing? Getting in and out of the car during a cleanup, will result in dirt on the cars body ... I mean, it's not named "detailing" for nothing, right? 😉 And btw: Have you tried out a plantbased and biodegradable solution with a dutch company called Airolube? More environmental friendly which is kinda needed in the car care industry. Thanks for another great transformation!

    Hi Dave, when I’m machine polishing, I seem to get bits of the pad fling off and leave little specked of it on my car it’s easily removed but it’s a bit of a pain, do you have any tips to prevent this from happening thanks!

    • @liambanning3674
      @liambanning3674 2 місяці тому +1

      You could be overworking the pad. You also need to clean your pad out quite regularly whilst using. Don’t let the compound completely dry out before wiping off the panel either.

      Bilt Hamber is all about PIR not dilution ratios, and it also depends if you have the new updated formula or not, the old one is 4% PIR and the new one is 2% if I remember correctly, I'd say around 300ml (old Touchless) & 100-150ml for the new updated formula

      @@epicautomotivedetailing soz not what I meant, would never put a pressure washer near a soft top, someone copying you might not be so careful and you can never shift the fabric burn once in. For a cheap way then Milton fluid(diluted to instructions) with a soft shoe brush. Will shift green mould easily as well as any normal dirt. If it is an old roof and its got orange/red stains then its only the dye that's ever worked for me
