Beautiful painting. To think just a week ago I only knew Bob Ross as the fella with the funny perm in those internet memes, and now I've got so much warm admiration and respect for the man and his legacy. Rest In Peace, Bob.
I feel like this is the only comment section on UA-cam that you can scroll down 3 pages and not see any hate. Its like all the nice people flock here lol. Plus, I mean, who could possibly dislike Bob Ross.
This man has always amazed me. I remember being a little kid, after watching Sesame Street, PBS would then play his videos. So magical. I love that he has a spot in so many people's hearts for his endearing, unique authenticity.
Such a beautiful painting. Always a pleasure to watch a master at work. Happy painting, and God bless my friend. Rest easy up there in that happy ole sky :)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY in HEAVEN BOB! Today is October 29th, 2022! May you be happy to see this day is being honored and celebrated by millions, because you are remembered and loved for all you did while you were here sharing your amazing talent. 💛💛💛💜💜💜💚💚💚❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🎨🖌❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Here at Bob Ross, our motto is that "We never make mistakes, only happy little accidents." Always remember to beat the devil out of your brush, though.
The world would be a better place if there were more people like Bob Ross in it. Such a kind, soft spoken, gentle soul. And yes, the squirrels are cute as can be, those little rascals!
When I'm watching, I'll see him start a mountain or something, and think "wtf is he doing that looks terrible," then like 3 seconds later it looks like a fucking real photograph. Blows my mind every time.
LoL nooo he never made innuendos… “it’s gets to feeling good and you don’t want to stop”. Ahhem.. we are talking about painting, right Bob? … painting?!
Another fabulous painting! Firstly, the sky was a bright blue with a yellow center, that just draws your attention right to it. Such a clear sky, you could practically feel that crisp air. From the trees in the back to the bigger on the right to the one outside the painting on the left, there is so much distance here. That combined with a winding river, those rough rocky edges of the river (so much texture), and the little cute cabin make for such a painting. And of course seeing Bob and his squirrel at 18:57 was a treat as always. Gosh I can only dream of being the person Bob was. A military sergeant gone-animal loving artist. The only thing I wouldn't want about Bob Ross was his early end *takes off hat respectively and salutes sergeant Ross* Hope you liked my *_Happy Little Review~_* and as always I look forward to hearing from you (that rhymed ^^)
*blushes* thank you so much for the love. Means so much and I love typing, especially typing these things. Makes it feel like im making the comment section happier and be a person that truly appreciates his work. Not that the funny single word "hwite" comment isnt funny at times, but this is more formal and appreciative.
13:52-13:57 "Shoot, you know me, I'd have to have a little house here. Let's put a little cabin right here." - Bob Ross "Toward Days End" (Season 23 | Episode 9)
you guys know? the question just came up how did you guys find out about Bob Ross? I found him through a playlist called yeems which had all sorts of funny short clips
With my Bob Ross master-kit and palette, i received a couple of days ago, i also received a catalogue to order from for next time i’m going to buy something, and i tell you that our dear Bob would’ve been devastated if he had read that catalogue; Some of the paintbrushes from some of the other firms, was made of...SQUIRREL-HAIR!!! 🐿🙈😖😢 I sure ain’t going to order any of those brushes, oooh nooo 😢
The Joy of Painting was canceled in 1994 so that Ross could focus on his health; the famous TV instructor and host had been diagnosed with lymphoma around that same time. Ross died from lymphoma at the age of 52, on July 4, 1995,
He lived in Alaska and Florida for most his life, and picked up his painting habit in Alaska, so I think I can understand why he paints so many seascapes and forests with snowy mountains.
I love the little wiggly wave he does at the end, I always feel like I need to wave back.
Me too. And that grin just melts your heart, don't it?
Such a sweet guy. Huge shame he passed away at such a relatively young age.
XD
God bless my friend

Thanks to those who made this channel! Bob Ross was an amazing person, so kind and nice..
Somebody is making a good chunk of change by making this channel. Wonder if they have to pay royalties.
@@assmosis4573 Probably Bob Ross Inc. itself. This is their property anyway so it made sense for them to start this Channel.
I always like these oval paintings, they produce such a neat effect, especially when he puts one or two things outside it.
yeah, i love when he puts trees that cross the oval border
