I wonder how happy he would be if he knew people were still loving and enjoying his painting videos. I'm glad these are still around
I knows. He's smiling from Heaven. :-)
Reaching more people than he ever imagined. His art and gentle ways truly are immortal
are his paintings for sale somewhere
Lucas Hollas I call bullshit
BlankSpace no the studio has them all locked away somewhere I'd love to have a few but they won't release them
watching Bob Ross is like taking a nap without losing consciousness
underrated comment

Ur so right i agree
Bob Ross is meditation for those who don’t have time to do so!
It’s actually crazy to me how he was able to create these beautiful pieces of art in under 30 minutes.
it is well done, but the result is not that good compared to famous painters
it is still a nice way to learn
@@MrZobiwan Well, that's something very subjective. For example, I prefer this painting than Van Gogh's Starry Night.
@@thomasbelichick3297are you mad?
@@thomasbelichick3297same
@@MrZobiwanMy Bob Ross epiphany was that the quality of his art isn't that he had meticulous brushwork (he didn't) or that his paintings had deep meaning or allegory (they don't). Ross's art was PERFORMANCE ART. The emotions and thoughts his paintings evoke aren't due to their content, but the way we saw them created.
'' Just brighten that little rascal up a bit '' Fuck i miss you Bob.
I read that "Just fuck that little racist up a bit"
Budder Cafe I don;t like them either. Lol.
Does anyone know if he invented this technique for landscapes?
aegisgfx I'm not sure if he invented it, but he sure as hell capitalized on it to make sure that ANYONE who wanted to paint beautiful pictures without taking classes or having any artistry skill could learn how.
Christopher Hitchens No one without skill can paint "beautiful pictures".
If there was one person i would make immortal, it would be bob
do i have clones?
:O Alex Cauffield
+Tommy Gaming not happy little trees, happy little mistakes
Making someone immortal would be the worst thing you could ever do to a human being.

They dropped a seriously positive thing by uploading these. This guy is like the Jesus of art. Whoever dislikes these is simply ridiculous.
Lol most ridiculous statement ever
@@tt55899 why?
Bob would’ve wanted it this way 💜
@@tt55899 average bob ross hater
@firelord_momo nah I love bob ross. Your statement calling him Jesus is laughable
Rest In Eternal peace to my favorite painter 👩🎨..Absolutely soothing voice, Bob Ross had the kind of voice like when your sick with a terrible cold, his voice would absolutely make you feel so much better, then you can lay in your bed 🛌 and watch him paint and talk to you..I Love ❤️ him so much..
This man is an angel 😇. Bobs been gone for over 20yrs now, yet he is still out here Saving lives. He helped save mine that’s for sure❤️🎨🖌. Love ya Bob 😇❤️. #bobross
This has to be one of the most sound effect heavy episodes he's made. All those *shoop* s and *zip* s...
"Ah theres one right there too... those little rascals are everywhere" aww i miss him haha
The world is a better place because of Bob Ross!!!
"Squirrels got to have a little place to play". That is true love for environment and all life.
The world is a better place because of Bob Ross!!!
Rick Fountain hes already gone
My statement means he made the world a better place...period. Doesnt matter if he ishere or gone...but if you would stop and think, the way I said what I said, eludes to the fact Bob is no longer with us...read and think before you speak or type...peace
lol eludes
And he's still making it better

That old mill looks beautiful. Bob Ross was truly ahead of his time. He was the original ASMRer before ASMR videos were even a thing.
Even if Bob is dead , he will live forever in our hearts :)
Adrian Mosnegutu he needs a statue built in his honor
Yes, still can't believe he died young! Even back in the late 90s I was shocked to find out he passed away in 1995!
Romania Austria 0-1
How old was he when he passed away
How long ago did he passed away
So mant bob ross videos just got uploaded. Thank you whoever runs this channel now.

I only hope that whoever is running this Bob Ross channel is legally allowed and that the vast amount of money generated through ads is being distributed to the whoever is supposed to get it, rather than some random person.
It is official channel, they own their own rights to videos.
How does this have 18 dislikes!!! How could you not like Bob
@@kerriejohnson983 oh do not fret those dislikes are just little happy accidents
Even though I don't paint it's still fascinating to watch these videos.
Agreed. Bob Ross is great!
90% of people watching these videos don't paint
See if you can pick up one of his paint sets. I tried it once, having no experience, and actually made a decent little painting using his methods. It's fun!
(just make sure you don't redecorate your home when you beat the devil out of your brushes)
He was so damn good at this style of painting....he makes it look so easy
Bob Ross is the Van Gogh of the 20th century.. He is truly a one of a kind and nobody comes close his style and speed of painting is truly amazing. Rip and thanks for the multi seasons of all of your work
Van Gogh is going a bit too far. Compare one of Bob's paintings to Starry Night. I like Bob, but his style is very different from that. In fact, Bob's work is a look that we used to call "motel room art".
Imagine these shows on the large HD TVs we have today!
Bob is on Netflix.
What about 4K tvs?
Her Peez yes! I watched him soo much he has 2 series but I went to UA-cam cuz there's only one season on each..... ;-;
I stream it from my phone to my 65 inch TV
So relaxing to listen to and he paints great...sometimes I can't sleep ,listen to some Bob and nitynite
For some reason I love watching this particular episode many times over. There's something about how he paints the water wheel that really grabs me.
Seriously? I think his painting is awful
@@jayjay-bz3rronly you
He makes this all look so easy - and of course that's the mark of a great artist, it looks effortless but there are so many thousands of hours of practice behind it. It's actually mind boggling.
I dont speak for all, but it is pretty easy. The way he paints is all mechanic based, so as long as you are doing it correctly, little skill is actually required. Not saying Bob isn't talented as he can paint in multiple other styles and he has mastered this style, but wet on wet doesn't take thousands of hours to learn
The wheel would be spinning anti clockwise, but water would still be spilling down as excess would have been picked up by the blades. So the wheel isn't spinning the wrong way.
"Ah theres one right there too... those little rascals are everywhere" aww i miss him haha
Rip bob Ross thank you for your joyful painting vids
How does this have 18 dislikes!!! How could you not like Bob
18 happy accidents.
Now it's at 237 dislikes
Cause people have opinions?
No mistakes, just happy little accidents.
Scaring the leaves that live in the paintbrush out on the canvas was hardly an accident sonny boy.
I was a "Happy little accident."
“Don’t kill all these little things back here” Oh Bob, they don’t get killed, they’re just holding up their friends in the foreground!
this man is legend
Inspiring man.
Followed him for years like a lot of you!
My daughters enjoy him too!
I always love how he does the highlights on his happy little trees & bushes. 😊
Love the way he says yellow oak, " Yella oaker" lol
I would love to see what Bob could create given unlimited time to work on a painting. Obviously he can bust out absolutely beautiful landscapes in his half hour time frame, but his buildings and man made structures always seem to suffer a little bit as they're much more difficult and detailed to paint. I think it would be really neat to see what would happen without a time constraint.
He's still reaching hearts today thank you bob
Heart or soul whats a heart bud 😞comon i wanna know i must know ok tell me k thanks😄
In less than ten minutes he accomplishes so much. Damn!
FILMinformer84
When he started scraping the paint for the mill I was like "Noooo!! Bob!! The happy little trees!!!!" :D
Cheers
I literally screamed when he started painting that shed in the middle of the picture. I needn't have worried.
YOU BETTER WATCH ONE OF THESE BEFORE BED! rip bob
Every time I watch him paint, i feel like I'm painting it with his hands 😃 lol. I love watching him paint. Watched even when I was a child. So beautiful
Bob Ross is making art within the universe. The Gods have seen his work and were impressed beyond belief a mortal could create such life within colors, they decided to give him the power to create life everywhere in the universe.
Bob Ross, sculptor of beauty
"By golly we have a nice little wheel right there" hehe thank you Bob Ross
I wish I could've spent a day with Bob Ross. It would be such a wonderful experience. I would end up having a different outlook on life because that is just how Bob Ross works.
I love how it is evident that bob was an expert in drawing mostly nature mountains, trees, skies etc. Whenever he draws something that requires architectural design (like the wheel) or a human being, his illustrative accuracy drops. Its a nice reminder that even old bob was mortal
He was the best he made it look so easy he is truly missed and I'm so grateful and thankful for bringing him back on UA-cam for others to learn he was wonderful...
Nice painting.Happy little physics defying wheel.
well, as long as it's happy ;)
Seno doesn't need to be a logical wheel as long as bob ross creates it
Seno 😂😂😂
True.....the direction the wheel is shown turning is backwards to the way it should turn according to the direction of water flow, but still a magnificent painting!
@@TheTexastransplant water is also always falling of the back of those wheels.
“Don’t kill all these little things back here” Oh Bob, they don’t get killed, they’re just holding up their friends in the foreground!
@Nickhead87 Bob Ross probably painted a happy little tree up your ass, judging by how much of a bitch you are being right now.
This was really cool!
Thanks to UA-cam and whoever runs this channel!
I LOVE watching Bob Ross paint.
He encourages the audience to paint along. But I'm not sure how that's possible in real time when people had to tune into the broadcast version, read the colors he used, etc. I think he probably encouraged people to "paint along with him" as a way of putting the ideas and inspiration into regular people's minds.and hopefully encouraged to try painting by watching his show.
I'm not sure if it's on this channel, but there is a YT video with the whole story about Bob Ross and how he finally ended up doing this show for PBS. But if you're a softy like me, you'll end up crying at the end when he unfortunately dies of lymphoma at 52. I still recommend it! Have Kleenex handy, though ;)
I have no artistic talent. But these videos do make want to try with his instructions, demonstrations, and techniques.
When I win the Lotto, have the room for an easel, money to buy paint, brushes, and several canvases since I guarantee I'd screw several up before painting something I'd want to hang up on the wall.
I'll keep watching Bob for now!
I really love these videos!
id encourage you to have a go, i got a painting set from partner, had a go at it and its really relaxing and calming
lau S Here is the link to that documentary: ua-cam.com/video/O3pmlASTKMk/v-deo.html
I cried all the way through it.😂
Although I think Bob's paintings come to life the most when it's just nature -- it's nice to see something a little bit different without deviating too much from the norm. I think this is simply amazing for less than 30 minutes. I mean, wow.
Everybody got to deviate from the norm, a tired mind become a shape shifter
I love how Trees need friends and squirrels...lol..He was so kool
The scraping noise is to live for
"A little hwater hwheel"
Liquid hwhite
Whait, is there any other whay to say that?

He doesn't talk like that
thumbs up for saying that Nicholas. I think those other guys need their hearing checked
Bob Ross cured my insomnia 👍
He always lays the background in fast so he can then slow down to fill in the happy little trees.
Even the whistle in Bobs nose is gentle and soothing.
His voice is so soothing. My goodness.. I am thankful for been born when this aired.

BOB ROSS IS A SUPERPAINTER!!! BOB HAVE A GOLDEN HEART...I LOVE BOB ROSS FOR EVER...AND HIS PAINTINGS...R.I.P.DEAR BOB...
R.I.P BOB ROSS
I remember seeing this episode way back in 1995-96 with my grandmother.
He's alive!
Bob Ross is the only person who can fuck with my anxiety and relax me at the same time when he paints!
the intro music is like a bedtime pavlov's bell for me..
Wow this was a good one, slightly different than his usual subjects.
Well here we go again! No messing around today!
I know right.
Probably because the painting took up a few more minutes.
Valtteri Manala o
I'll be honest, I've never been a fan of his buildings but everything else is BEAUTIFUL
I used to be like "omg that thing looks like a dog house!" haha but then somewhere along the line, my heart warmed to them. They look old and rustic and lived in. It's one of those, "If those walls could talk, imagine the stories they'd tell." And so when you think of his buildings with that sort of narrative behind them, you can more easily warm up to them. And now? I love those old dilapidated things! lol
Bob may be gone in our minds but he will live on forever in the land of his happy little trees and happy little accidents watching us and smiling as we follow in his footsteps to find the beauty in everything
Can't watch without falling asleep in 10 seconds
What a happy genius and ASMR wizard Bob was.
This man is simply amazing , he made heaven a happier place.
Hard to stop watching a Bob Ross painting episode. . .
I love the way he pronounces the “wh" words, like white or wheel
The way he brings life to the paintings...
bob is the BEST
I just watched this man happily and calmly splurging coloured paint around until suddently a gorgeous landscape appears. What kind of twisted dark magic is this?
Every time I watch Bob - genius - he never flinches, but flows with coolness in manner and creativeness! Paint and brushes are an extension of his smooth laid back manner making the observer see the magic happen with you feeling able to join-in! Thanks Bob for sharing!!
I miss him so. I wish more ppl were like him. a warm humble spirit. we love u Bob r.I.p.
I think he's like this because he used all his anger up during his time as a drill sergeant lol
It's the little details that trip me up. Especially the shadows and the angles.
I don't know how Bob Ross painting came up on my feed, but this definitely relaxing to watch, his voice doh
According to a Bob Ross magazine I have, this is the only painting that he actually had to stop taping and start over again from the top, because he wasn't able to complete it in under half an hour the first time.
Correct. Note how quickly he started painting when the show began.
He never seems to AMAZE me. I wish there was a ring tones with his voice. RIP Mr. Ross
never amazes you?
@@nokachi3339 He obviously meant "never ceases to amaze", but typed the wrong word. We've all done it before, made a keyboard boo-boo.
