- In this episode join us for a beach seafood feast at Lucy Buffet’s LuLu’s in Gulf Shores, Alabama for our restaurant review videos of beach food. Lucy Buffet is the sister of the legendary Jimmy Buffet and her restaurant LuLu’s is exceptionally better than any of the several Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville restaurants I’ve eaten at. This LuLu’s is located in Gulf Shores, Alabama at 200 East 25th Avenue which is about 3 hours and 193 miles away from the New Orleans French Quarter. LuLu’s also has locations in Destin, Florida and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you like to explore good places to eat in Gulf Shores, AL and the Gulf of Mexico this is a nice restaurant to experience. LuLu’s is a fun environment with a tropical theme, tropical drinks and huge portions of good seafood. When doing your Gulf Shores vacation planning make sure to look at Lucy Buffet’s LuLu’s as one of your dining in Gulf Shores options. It is a bit touristy priced but they certainly give you a lot of food for your money!
Great video! All of the food looked amazing! If we make it back over to New Orleans this summer, I want to take my son to this area next and visit this great restaurant! The food looked amazing!
Quick 3 hour drive from New Orleans to Gulf Shores or Pensacola. Two hours to Mobile then another hour to get to the beach or less. Depending on traffic I have made it in under 3 hours. The Grand Hotel in Point Clear is a popular spot to stay near Fairhope which is a popular spot for tourists then a condo in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores is a great way to get some beach time. Flora-Bama is fun for adults and kids in the daytime. There are certainly a lot of things to do in the area.
