    Have khub bashan dosa kelle I'm goan.. maka khabar asa dosa kashe kartat..ata tumi butter milk ghalun recipe upld kelle te hv nakhi try kartale...udid.methi.raw rice soak karun magir boiled rice.. aftr dat hv grind karta wth water using..now in dis ingrendent u use butter milk nt watr let c I ll try .something unique n different taste..ur recipe dosa wth buttermilk..tq

    There is similar dosa recipe in the east coast part of Andhra.. Miles apart yet similar recipes... India is great

    Thank you so much for the recipie. I do not understand konkani language so the English subtitles were very useful. I do have a doubt though. Is it raw rice or boiled rice

      Thank you. Do try our konkani recipes. They're delicious and also very healthy. We used raw rice here popularly known as dosa rice.

      No...jaggery is the heart of this recipe....it will taste blank ..do add it n cardomom pods while grinding tastes best for morning breakfast.

      We make both, with jaggary and without. For one without, we add just a wee bit of jaggery, regular amount of salt, chopped green chillies and finely chopped ginger. A bit of jaggery is to aid fermentation.

      For aiding fermentation as well. We make non-sweet version of the same as well. But we do add a bit of gud to aid fermentation.
