The ideological confusion has been there since the creation of Pakistan. What Pakistan is going through the financial crisis is saddening and i don't think i have to explain the sad state of Muslims living in India under the BJP. The story of Bin Qasim being first Pakistani is not a wild creation of Pakistan studies. It was actually the creation of MA Jinnah - I quote him “The first brick in the foundation of Pakistan was laid in 712 A.D. when Mohammad Bin Qasim anchored at Debal Port (now known as Karachi), freed the Muslim women and children from the prisons of Raja Dahir and constructed the first mosque at the town. Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the Founder of Pakistan, acclaimed the event- "the Pakistan Movement started when the first Muslim put his foot on the soil of Sindh, the Gateway of Islam in India." So instead of blaming Jamat e islami and Pakistan studies writers, you know who started the story. The issue is, it’s hard for Pakistanis to take an impartial look at Qaide azam because he is the tallest leader of the movement. Unlike India where indianness can survive even while being critical of Gandhi, Pakistan was a single handed work of MA Jinnah. So it’s not possible for them to be critical of him.

Your analysis is incorrect the issue of Pakistan started on the same day when Jinnah dismissed the elected government of KPK using his power so the founder of Pakistan has laid the stone of dictatorship in the country. Jinnah had no vision of Pakistan what he wanted to create a secular country or Islamic country and if a secular country he wanted to create then what was the need of Partition so Pakistan has identity crisis if you say we will become secular then you have to dismiss the two nation theory and Jinnah's and Muslim league ideology. So this identity crisis can only be solved when Pakistan accepts that two nation theory was historical blunder and Jinnah was wrong and we all are people of Subcontinent and have same DNA.

If that's the case , following UN resolution , pakistan should vacate it's side of Kashmir so that the other steps can be followed leading to plebiscite .
For 75 years , pakistan has been the biggest block to Kashmiri self determination of their future .

I dont know if I should say I am glad watching contents from "The Pakistan Experience".
The contents have always been informative and full of self acknowledgements. Perhaps thats the reason for me being glad. To listen to someone being honest and truthful can make us glad, however not what the conditions and situations explained through them.
I am happy I was born in India. I never felt an enforcement of religious doctrines on me. Happy that my parents taught me to be a good human than what their faith or religion was. I am lucky I got a chance to choose a religious identity or not to choose any. I am happy the Indian constitution has no state religion and is secular in fundaments and character.
Hence India is full of wonders and has flaws as well. We are humans and of course we are flawed creatures (We shall not be proud of calling ourselves Humans as we have been creating the highest damage to this planet).
I lack the capability to understand, if someone says that a ship if sails from Calcutta can only reach Port Blair. My rationale is, that a ship which sails from Madras can also reach Port Blair, right? Its just the two different ships and their pathways. Yet the destination is same for both the ships. Well that's what imposing religion feels like. No human can prove that religion A is the correct way to death than religion B. Ultimately, we are mortal and we will die some day. To prove a particular identity of an "almighty" ain't or shall never be the purpose of us or at a larger scale of any society.
Yet we have countries based on religions. Well, is the purpose of religion to prove differences among humans? If that is, then perhaps religions are the biggest mistake of human society.
The onus is on us. To question everything. To address problems which affects the majority.
There are people who we make our leaders. Some of them are afraid to answer our questions. We shall keep asking always and if they fail to answer we shall fail to not make them leaders again.

The only lady leader Begam molana zafar ali khan referred the Lohore resolution as "PAKISTAN RESOLUTION" in her speech on the occasion of 1940 resolution.
And AIML also adopted it as PAKISTAN RESOLUTION in 1941.

it's a great series you've started. The storytelling is good but presentation of the visuals and graphics can be improved. Don't mind me saying this but it seems like an intern video editor is working of these videos. It's a documentary series so try to mimic the style of Johny Haris or Vox initially and then you'll create your own style in future.

6:15 Unfortunately, it's not possible to put the blame of this "crime" just on the anonymous "Muslim League Legislators" of the Delhi Convention of 1946 without recalling the following incident mentioned in his "Pathways to Pakistan" (pp. 308-09) by one of the founding-fathers of Pakistan Chaudhry Khaliquzzaman who, while mentioning some correspondence from the early 1950s, suggested that the initial draft for the same Delhi Convention of 1946 twice used the word states. However, the Subject Committee discarded the draft of the Working Committee and, at both places, replaced the word states (plural) with state (singular). When Abul Hashim, being the Secretary of the Bengal Muslim League, pointed out that the original resolution had used the word states, Mr. Jinnah himself gave the following reply: that it "was a misprint and there the matter ended in the Convention."
