Your video is still helping people out. I followed your steps completely and had mine assembled in just over 30 minutes. The WD-40 was the key! Thanks a bunch!!
Not sure what happened to my assembly manual during the unboxing. I could've downloaded the PDF; but I followed this from beginning to end. Thank you 🙌🏾🤟🏾
Thank you for the tutorial. Had WD-40 on standby but was able to get the legs on without issue. Complete assembly finished in under 30 mins. Cheers sir
Great tutorial! Silicone lubricant/WD40 was key. Somehow still put the darn snaps in the wrong leg holes the first time, but I managed. Happy grilling, all!
Brilliant assembly guide! Much better than the written instructions of the "Bilt" app. I cannot imagine why some people gave this video a thumbs down. Thanks for posting it!
Thanks, excellent job with instructions, would not have been able to assemble without your help. I received a unit that had some damage, but still able to complete the assembly with your helpful video.
Great video… in my case, 1 leg popped into place like the video shows but 2 of my legs were a fraction too long. Had to shorten them so the little knob could click into place. Very frustrating!
Thanks so much for your video! Very easy to follow and enjoyable to watch. I used a tiny spritz of Pam cooking spray to facilitate the legs sliding into the holes, worked a charm!
Exactly the way you put the Weber together. One thing though, I faced the Weber lid logo facing the vents. If I am searing the lid will be off and if I slow cook the vents will be facing away from the charcoal. I did insert the thermometer peg into boiling water and the temp topped out at 210. Surprisingly accurate. Still not trusting it.
You need to turn the clips with the pop outs for the legs the other way. The "V" should go up in the leg. Makes it a lot easier to install. Otherwise, great instructions.
Get Video, Hey, Where the steaks at Dawg?? lol Soon to be a WEBER First time grill owner!I Can't MAKE Up My mind Tho Between The *Original & The Premium??* Well, back to the Coin Toss!
After an hour of flipping the legs, I got a brilliant idea and hoped this would be explained on UTube. I feel so lucky that you were there to help me. When It's Oscar time I'm voting for you..
Only thing you got wrong was the orientation of the handle ! You want you food up front and the coals in the back so the vent should be over the food so the smoke and heat travel across the top of the grill rather than straight up thru the vent. The thermometer is on the back side of the lid, very band placement, bother vent and thermometer SHOULD be on the front.
the spring button comes through the hole to hold the spring in place. When you slide the leg on it then depresses the button and when it lines the button goes through the hole on the kettle and locks the kettle to the leg.
Lars - Thanks for the comment. Thought my charcoal days were over but with the new gadgets you can make a Weber Kettle perform like a full blown pellet grill. Next week I get to add and review the new ThermoWork Signals with Billow (their fan). It give the grill the ability to really hold a temperature. You have become a video making machine. If I can do one a week it takes all I got but you do two and someties three a week. My hat is off to you.
Learn to BBQ thank you. I have got my format pretty much as simplifed as it can be so editing is quick enough for two. Mondays and fridays is enough :) At the moment i have three scheduled posts and will film in advance during my vacation - that way i also save time :)
I have had several weber grills and I have to say that I just bought one similar to this and I'm pissed. They knew damn well these legs were impossible for someone that doesn't have brute strength to assemble. That's why they warn against using a hammer. The legs aren't strong enough to endure simple tapping. Highly disappointed in weber.
Saw this video and assembled on my own WEBER Original Kettle grill Premium GBS Asia . Thank you for this wonderful video. Respect from Mumbai India.
Your video is still helping people out. I followed your steps completely and had mine assembled in just over 30 minutes. The WD-40 was the key! Thanks a bunch!!
First time grill owner! Bought one because of quarantine and spending a lot of time home. Your tutorial helped a lot! Thanks sir
Glad I could help!
😂
Thank you for this clear, no nonsense presentation.
Not sure what happened to my assembly manual during the unboxing. I could've downloaded the PDF; but I followed this from beginning to end. Thank you 🙌🏾🤟🏾

The guitar tone here is fantastic. Thick, with nice breakup.
Great tutorial! Silicone lubricant/WD40 was key. Somehow still put the darn snaps in the wrong leg holes the first time, but I managed. Happy grilling, all!

Glad it helped
This video was better than the manual. There is an issue with the legs and the spring button that is supposed to pop out of the whole. Thank you
The legs are the one thing that could use some work. I use WD40 and that helps alot.
Thanx mate,
Almost popped the leg on wrong but got there in the end!
Aussie version wheels are different but other than that cheers for the help.
Use a little lithium grease on the legs and they go right in .... great video. Thank you
Great tip!

Great video… in my case, 1 leg popped into place like the video shows but 2 of my legs were a fraction too long. Had to shorten them so the little knob could click into place. Very frustrating!
Hard to believe a grill that is 72 years old still has a few design issues.
Ended having to sand one leg down a bit and use WD-40 to get it in. Good assembly guide.
Thanks so much for your video! Very easy to follow and enjoyable to watch. I used a tiny spritz of Pam cooking spray to facilitate the legs sliding into the holes, worked a charm!
Great tip!

This made assembly easy since no instruction manual was included. Probably saved my marriage 🤣
Good video. Love the music too.
Just ordered my premium in green !
Great color.
We just ordered this. Well done video, thank you.
Klaus
Good choice!
My Weber arrives soon , I think I will put some vaseline inside the leg receiving tubes, maybe easier than WD40 excellent hough WD40 is.
Great idea
Thank you. Mine is in the box and ready to assemble today. Oh by the way nice mocs👍 where are they from ? 😎👍
The Mocs are from LL Bean.
Learn to BBQ I need a new pair. Know what to put on my birthday list have a great day 👍😎

The spring keep coming out of the leg as im twisting it on, am i doing something wrong? Wd40 isn't helping

Thank you sir. Great help.
You are most welcome

Do you happen to know the box dimensions?
Sorry I do not.

Where was the actual unboxing?
My backyard deck

Couldn't watch this. The "background" music is 6 times too loud and annoying.
Too bad the same grill costs twice as much now just 4 years later….
Its called inflation and it is out of control.
