I thought that I had lost this little gem, but suddenly it popped up in my collection and here it is. A terrific film detailing the story of the harmonica. This first episode deals with the early history. Contributions from Paul Jones and Brendan Power.

The Jaw harp is one of the oldest instruments created in human kind. Which evolved to the harmonica. Both are amazing instruments. Love em

Great video! I took up learning to play the harmonica about a year ago now. I love it! I’m hooked. A friend just gifted me my first Seydel 1847 Classic. What a beautiful harmonica! I have a few Hohner, Suzukis and a few Easttops. I just love them all. They all sound good to me.
