WOW!!! some real working dogs and dog men there .
I found it quite interesting the dog following the rabbits scent.
OMG! 1923.. the year I was born.... so hungry now!
Looks like an old style kerry blue terrier... from what I've read, they were hard game little dogs 🐕
Up until 1967 in Ireland they had to draw a badger like this to become a champion in the show ring. It was called the teastas mór. When I was growing up if you seen one of these dogs in the garden of a house you didn't enter. They had a reputation for being excellent if small guard dogs. My grand aunt had one that wouldn't let anybody on the property.
Kerry Blues and Wheatens.
Does this dog still exist?
Yes
Yes mate they do very good for a lurcher cross also
@@neilburlingham8892 I never even considered that cross to be a thing but damn does it sound like it would produce sum nice working pups
No, they're much larger and wouldn't be able to go to ground and are just a show dog.
Yeah. I have one, mixed with English Bull.
That last dog was a Wheaten terrier. I have one mixed with English bull terrier. Tough little fuckers.
💯
Have we not moved beyond this!
Disgusting display of barbarism.
