  • When I had my son Kai I needed to take my climbing from 4-5x/week down to 2x/week. I knew that I could create a routine that would keep me strong, but what I didn't expect was that this program actually made me stronger.
    This is a beginner version (you've been climbing for a year).
    This program has 3 parts
    Part 1: The Active Mobility Warm-up (2:09)
