My grandfather started on the Great Northern railway in 1948 and when it changed over to the Burlington Northern railway many many years later until he retired in 1988 he had over 40 years of railroading experience and I loved to hear that train whistle when he pulled the train into the station to switch out crews for the next run...I guess you can say that railroading is in my families blood!! My grandpa's dream was that one day 4 his kids and his grandkids to go to work for the BN railway now merged with Santa Fe to become BNSF railway...We sure do miss you grandpa and wish we would've followed in your footsteps...sorry trying to fight back the tears but I have so many memories...toot toot toot!!!!!
Thanks for providing our 2 year old grandson with all the train entertainment. He is obsessed with trains and tracks. We can never seem to catch one of our local trains going by (odd days and timing) so at least he can see them by watching your video! Nice work.
Real trains or toy trains...I love all trains! A truly awesome video in spite of the ads with great sound in addition! Feels like I'm standing right next to those trains...Amazing!
Nice video of the many trains. No apologies needed nor requested for the ads, they are a necessary evil, lol Keep up the good movie taking, and Thank you!
That is a busy area for trains in Definace and Bryan, plus north of Bryan just south of the Ohio Turnpike. Every time I go see my sister in Defiance, I'm never disappointed in missing some trains on the move. There is always a train or 2 crossing the road somwhere between North of Bryan and Defiance. Great area for rail fans. Great videos.
SO ARE "TROLLS"! my 2 yr old nephew LOVES THIS VIDEO! ***subscribing... thank you! and the ads arent a problem...they give him a chance to run around or do whatever his 5 sec attention span will allow and regroup!
At about 00:30 it looks like a yellow robot walking toward you. The flashing lights are the moving legs and the headlamp is it’s head. Or maybe I just need some sleep. :D
Awesome catches! Try going to a little town called Stryker near Toledo! The NS mainline is there and it comes out of a nearby rail yard. I get a TON of stuff when I visit over my winter break! Seriously, check it out! It's totally worth!

Came for trains, left satisfied. Good job.
My favorite video. Nofork southern and CSX are, best East American freight railway companies. They's freight trains are longest and greatest.
OMG THAT RS3L? On that first train sounded awesome!

The train that starts around 20:25 is listed as empty gondolas. For educational correctness, those are empty hopper cars.
