I am still sweating 5 minutes after I finished the workout, big grind. Definitely feel the speed, I go to track 3 times a week in the afternoon to the evening.💪🏻💪🏽
Been using this video for like half a year now. The first time I did it I had to take like 2-4 minute breaks in between sets and was exhausted afterwards, but now I don’t do that at all (just the 20 seconds of active rest) and I feel super energized still! Definitely some progress made lol
high knee running burpees jumping jack lunges and jump squat mountain climbing repeat 3 times for all and each rest in between with jogging on the spot for 20sec
For anyone haveing to do this for gym class 5 of the exercises listed in the video are 1. Squats 2. Plank 3. Squat kicks 4. Jumping Jacks 5. Running in place Thank me later :)
I was in JROTC and on the Raider Team. For those who don't know it is a high school sponsored by the military. The Raider Team is probably the closest to military training in the physical manner outside of the military. Anyways, in order to make the competing team (there are competitions) you had to pass the Army Physical Fitness Test. At least on my team because some just choose who will be good in an event or whatever. My 2 mile run was a 15:10. I was the slowest on the team with the fastest being a 13 flat. My point in this is that I'm not the best runner. I've barely worked out since the pandemic ended and I felt really sluggish and kind of sick today. I did this workout and feel so much better. Hopefully this is a great way to gain my stamina back and possibly surpass my fastest run time. My fastest wasn't recorded but I timed and it was a 14:45. Though I'm probably back in the 16s now which is sadly not APFT standards . Either way I see myself as a beginner runner and that this was a fun workout. I panted, dripped sweat, and spit some but in the end I felt good completing it. If I'm able to keep this up, I'll post progress.
I Cant Think Of A Name it mostly consist of running, push ups, and sit ups! I don’t know for their raider team but whenever we have competitions coming up, we get a list of events we’ll be doing and incorporate that into our using workout routine so that we know what to do when we do a certain event and do well in it!
@@icantthinkofaname2417 All Raider Teams differ in schools. I suggest a lot of push ups, sit ups, running (long distance and sprinting), pull ups, lunges, squats, and maybe incorporate some weight lifting if you can. Raider competitions consist of a lot of explosive power. You have to have strength and stamina. Competitions were always worse than my practices and my practices were hell. (I graduated btw) You must have the ability to push yourself to your limit so you will be better next time. Most schools I've seen practice 2-3 days a week. We practiced everyday a week and also have a 3 day a week summer practice. Which is why we get a good amount of awards. So what I advise you to do is a lot of training that has to do with stamina and strength but really focus on those push ups, sit ups, and running too if you plan on joining the military. Specifically the Army. Pull ups for marines. Some Raider competitions will have PT tests and depending what branch the competition is, is the PT test you will do. This is my first time coming across this video & im watching it in full from bed prior to doing it. I must say my bed has never felt so comfortable, I’m not looking forward to this 😂
Day 1: almost vomit at 14 min. So I stopped here. Reason : weak core bcs when I jogged and running for long time I never feel nausea. It must be weak core then. Day 2: stop at 16 min. Bcs my right side of stomach is hurting. Day 3: at 7 min. My stomach started hurting. I was doing full body resistance training before. I guess next time, i should start with this before resistance training.
I am doing this workou for about 3 weeks now and it really helps me improve my stamina but i am confused how often should i train like this without disappearing into the air 😂 i mean i want to increase mass as well
Wow! That’s a Nice workout. Im just starting to run, and im doin 5K on 25min. Having a hard time to getting on a shorter time.. If I do this 2 times a week, you think I can Get a better time?
Loved hearing your experience in rugby! Even more, about how your teams never did stagnant stretches before games and workouts. I'm looking for rugby specific if you have any recommendations. I really only want the best of the best which is why it was awesome to hear your team was playing in a world cut tourney! Thanks so much mate, I really appreciate you!
Hey Toby! Thanks so much for your message! I have tons of rugby specific exercises that I incorporate into my training. A lot of it has to do with the high intensity, body weight interval training as it does a really good jump of mimicking the movements we would encounter during a rugby game!

Hey guys, before I do this workout, would this be a good idea for sprinters to do? Im not sure whether this is ideal for sprinters or long distance runners. I want to make sure im not slowly loosing sprinting ability and going to the long distance side.
Hey! Great question and you can rest easy because this workout will only improve your sprinting if you integrate into your workout routine!! I used to play “wing” for the national team and professional rugby and generally speaking that is the fastest position. I always incorporated training like this into my routines. It’ll improve both your running endurance and sprinting! Enjoy!
