- Using the 2.4 GHz Godox X wireless radio system, the XPro TTL Wireless Flash Trigger can be used to effectively and reliably trigger flashes from up to 100 meter away, and when used with compatible flashes and receivers users will have the added benefit of remote power control. Xpro trigger supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second, and offers advanced control options along with settings for working with system-specific features. For ensuring maximum reliability and control, users can set up 16 groups on one of 32 channels and can then access 99 wireless ID settings for limiting interference from other nearby systems.

For anyone with a Sony A7IV I can confirm this works with the AD300 Pro. You need to set the wireless IDs the same on both trigger and flash. I spent ages trying to work how to do it but got there in the end. I even tried it in burst mode and the flash fired every time. Brilliant.
I just recieved the Godox X-Pro-n to use with my Nikon D6, D4s, Sekonic L-858D-U and Flashpoint AD600 strobes. What an amazing combination!!! Truly a match made in strobe photography heaven!! They all work perfectly together!
It would be super helpful if you added voice-over for this. What's the point of doing a video if you have to read the instructions and trying and what what's going on in the video at the same time? I'm sure I'll like the product but I have to figure out how to use it first.

I couldn't get mine to sync until I went into the Xpro menu and matched the ID to the channel on my flash. Thanks!
No matter how well you understand lighting if you haven't used one of these modern flash triggers and flash units then you're going to have a real job on your hands figuring out all the menus and getting the exact effects you would like.
I wish the trigger had the ability to turn off individual flashes. It is a much needed feature to set up lighting in a methodical manner.
Just hit button a/b/c/d/e to select your flash and press the mode button repeatedly. TTL, Manual, Off.

Hi Godox - I have the original X-Pro for Nikon and the newer X-Pro II for Sony. For AD300 Pro (and 400, too) there is a selection available in the TCM menu on the v2 trigger, however, there isn't one on the original. Will you add these missing flashes in a firmware update? Should not be too difficult and now that the old trigger is now discontinued, it would not cannibalize v2 trigger sales. If you won't add them, what is the workaround? Manual compensation after TCM conversion? Thank you.
I need help! There is a delay in my trigger when firing. I have godox xpro sony + godox ad200pro. There is definitely .5-1sec delay. When i turn off the godox xpro my shutter has no delay. How do i fix this?
please add turning on and off of groups by pressing the buttons of the groups.

Has Godox fixed HSS TTL on Canon mirrorless bodies? For RP/R/R3/R5/R6, the moment my shutter speeds go above flash sync into HSS, the flash will only fire 1/1 full power. Works normally on my 5d4 and 5dsr.
When will Godox fix this? I've been waiting almost 4 years for them to address this. Thinking about selling all my Godox gear and switching to Profoto or Westcott if they can't adapt to mirrorless on Canon
I thought was just my settings lol I have 2ad200 flashes and I was testing at 8000 shutter speed....I had one set to 1/1 power and the other to 1/64 power both went off at 1/1 power and I scratched my head thinking I phucked up something.. I shot nikon 20 years no light issues with ad300 ad600 ad200 now i go to canon r6 and this bullshit

@@DAVE_WHITE i wouldn’t call it a fix - i test shoot my mirrorless first to figure out my target shutter speed absent any artificial lighting at my desired aperture and ISO (usually wide open!), then i figure out the balance between my strobe lighting groups by shooting in TTL at the highest sync available without getting into HSS (usually have to stop down my aperture too) until Im happy with the balance and flash exposure, then i use the TCM conversion function to switch to manual and then boost my power the same number of stops between my non HSS sync speed and my shutter speed target, plus the number of fstops between test target aperture. This routine is not as bad as it seems once you go through the process, and i tend to prefer manual mode anyways vs. the limited exposure comp range for TTL (+/-3.0). It’s annoying mostly on principle given the dollars being spent, but it really hasn’t prevented me from getting the shot.
Are you shooting with the mechanical shutter? It may default to 1/1 power with HSS to ensure the entire frame is exposed properly 🤷♂️

I recently purchased xpro-s and x2t-s to remotely trigger my sony hvl-f60m flash with a sony a7 camera.
But I can't configure the devices to work properly.
It would be very helpful for me to know if the devices are not compatible and, if they are, what would be the correct setup and the details of the steps to follow.

Hope you got it worked out, if not for x2t-s the "T" is for transmitter, I think you would need an x1r-s , "R" for Receiver to fire a Sony flash. I got an x1r-n hoping it would fire an old flash generic brand flash that works with a Nikon camera but it did not work for some reason.

1. When displaying multiple groups, press the FunctionButton 4 button to control the ON/OFF of the modelinglamp.
2. Press the group button to choose the group whendisplaying multiple groups and the modeling lampmaster control is turned on, press the Function Button 4button to control the status of the modeling lamp: OFF(--),Percentage value(10%-100%)or PROP (automode, changes with the flash brightness).

@godoxphoto thanks for this video. But, I have a question. I am using a Godox Trigger XPro S with Godox AD200 and AD300 flashes. I have been trying to figure out how to do rear curtain sync with these with my Sony A7 IV. The only way I have figured out is to manually go into the menu on the camera and select rear curtain sync. Is there a way to do it from the XPro S?

Hallo und danke fürs Video. Leider häufen sich in letzter Zeit die Meldungen, dass der Xpro S immer mal wieder nicht auslöst. Ich nutze den auf der Sony A6400. Leider löst der Xpro S ungefär alle 10 Fotos nicht aus, so das ein schwarzes Fotos bei rauskommt. Alle Akkus sind voll. Wenn ich direkt am Xpro S auslöse, funktioniert es problemlos. Also liegt es nicht an der Funkstrecke. Es muss am Blitzschuh liegen. An der A6000 hatte ich die Probleme nicht. Hat Sony die Blitzschuhe evtl. geändert, so das der Godox Xpro S nicht mehr damit klar kommt? Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Two possibilities off the top of my head…Version you have is Canon-compatible? Second, possible you have the unit mounted backwards? I have this model, and have had no issue with my 5DMIV.
Doesn't work for me, why? they aren't connected.
I have xproc, v1 and tt600. Having hard time controlling it. My xproc cant control 2 flashes at a time. If i control the v1 then the tt600 wont fire, if I control the tt600 the v1 also wont fire. Both flashes are in the same channel. Please help me thanks

Owned 3 Xpro for Sony. All the mount broke, and the battery lid can drop very easily. Very very bad design.
The interface also very confusing.
What's worse the bottom mount broke while I took all the way overseas to cover an EVENT, and boy, it really RUINED my overseas trip/event!!!
Now I owned Xpro II, which is much better and improved.

I'm having trouble with convert TTL to manual using TCM button. I'm using Nikon SB910. I got great exposure when I'm in TTL mode, when I convert to manual by pressing the TCM button, the image is way overexpose. I'm trying every tutorial on youtube but I'm still can't make it work. Does anyone has the same problem, or any solution to it?

@@anapascos3183 I'm using Nikon d750 too dear. I still not find the solution yet. I search everywhere on youtube, but most people using the gordox flash. There is sample for other flash, or nikon flash, so i gave using it :(

Godox is annoying and rarely works as promised but they do offer all kinds of fancy options. Sync flash is oddly their least concern.

Too fast. The music is annoying & loud. This video is not intuitive to a brand new user who has zero idea how to begin to use this & link it to the ocf.
Godox for F sake.. do something about the bad quality... First I bought the Xpro trigger, after a few months the batteries couldn't contact good anymore. tried to bend the connectors a bit back but nothing worked. eventually I bought the Xpro II trigger but that one after 5 shoots broke down because one of the intelligence pins was stuck in the trigger metal hotshoe part. like forreal.... tried to fix it with thin micro screwdrivers but it didn't work. also since you can't open that part I decided to just smash it into pieces what a complete piece of Shieett. pure frustration product. now I understand why people use profoto instead of this garbage. never buying Godox again. and decided to sell my flashes. maybe those are going to explode too after a few years. 😤

The manual is absolutely terrible. Abbreviations not explained. Potentially a great product but apparently Godox relies on UA-camrs to do the job they should do with instructions. Limited help from this video.

A poor quality tutorial. You don't explain the features/options for those who are new to flash photography. While this might be useful as a quick reference, it could be much better.

Their videos are as crappy as their products are… my plastic shoe on my xpro sony has cracked after only a few use. And i mean only a few use. I am not a professional and only used my xpro maybe 6 times for home photos.

Have you guys fixed the problem with the triggers fitting on new Sony's I think a lot of people are going to have a problem with a new Sony A7R5.. I just switch from Canon to Sony and your xt2 triggers will not fit and I have the Sony version
