For whatever reason that pulley thing that's supposed to be tense for me? Isn't tensing up at all or retracting itself no matter which way I turn it

Would this work the same way on an outboard motor pull start?
The concept is basically the same. some boat recoils are a little more difficult but it will pretty obvious

How long is the new cord.

Most likely you'll need a new one but alot of times shops will have some old mowers out back. Take both half in. They might weld it for you or match it or if you take o. The model order a new one
