The way he tells the story’s is awesome. He doesn’t glorify it nor does he emit hatred of the life....very respectable.
Stories*
“Story’s” is meant to imply differences in time between each story...but yes, stories in the main sense overall. Nice catch Evan 🤘💪
He said it best on tyson podcast he was on some tabloid 50 top mobster , all of them dead, one in jail and him
He amuses you?

Michael is a great storyteller. Now I see why vlad likes him so much
His interviews with Valuetainment are so much better than the vlad interviews
Say hello to my little friend
you mean , officer vlad ?
super intelligent, super articulate, super charismatic. One of a kind.
I was good friends with Michelle Selrano. I do miss her .I believe Mr.Fat Tony was her grandfather
I laughed so hard at the part where Fat Tony said give them $500 and give me $1000, 😆.
Fat Tony was very much like that and he didn't bullshit neither. He was old school and meant it. I bet you Michael gave to him to.

So if people want to live the "rat life" then I guess they get treated like one. If I get what your saying.

It's been 12 years since I've read the Blood Covenant. Damn, time flies.. Good thing you're still here Michael.
Franzese is one of the last true OGs, these guys lived through the coolest era in my opinion. Not the healthiest lifestyle, but life was good during those days compared to what our future looks like now. I'm growing up in the wrong era haha
Michael one time said that out of all the people who were made the night he was he is the only one living today and those other guys did not die of natural causes. Yes, it's not a healthy lifestyle.
Yea ... the good old days are gone forever 😢
The mob life was definitely not good during that era. People were getting killed left, right and center.
Your mama vote for obama
@@vanmoody That was a good era. There is a reason they are called boomers. The economy was on full tilt. As I speak to you the US economy decreased by 35% due to coronavirus. This is the third major financial downfall in 2 decades. Houses are unaffordable, Inequality is off the charts, you have to mortgage your life for a degree just so you can get hired. Life is pretty shit nowadays. Public liberties are no longer a real thing it's a full on police state.

LMAO!! Michael this is straight gold!! You tell a mob story like a true Italian New Yorker. Keep these coming, the old guys in my family from Ozone Park will LOVE these bits
Congrats Micheal on turning your life around! The best people seem to be the ones who have gone through hell and turned their lives around. Normally Mondays suck, now there is a reason to look forward to them, Thanks! You got a way of telling stories that is captivating, I swear you could read the dictionary to us and make it interesting!
I think it’s great to hear someone just telling it like it happened. Not glorifying it, not decrying it, just telling it
Man it's really cool the respect these guys had for each other and how they were operating. True organized gangsters and were all about business, these guys (epecially Franzese and Fat Tony) lived some cool lives.

Beautiful. Never thought I'd have the opportunity to get such transparent insight, from a former powerful Colombo Capo no less. Thank you Mr. Franzese.
Every successful Italian has a Armenia on his side
Mr. Franzese this was a great idea, you are by far the best story teller I've ever heard, I've enjoyed watching all of your UA-cam videos some 2 or 3 times, you sir are an absolute legend in my eyes and the REAL DEAL!!! I look very forward to seeing your videos every Monday, I feel like there's so much people can learn from you with your knowledge and experience of life!!! I just started watching you about 2 months ago but I was hooked after the first video , its like I've known you my whole life.. Thank you for sharing with everyone especially myself! Have a great day my friend!!!
I like the way he tells the story. No bullshit, straight to the point no clickbait.
Hey Michael, big fan of your stories. Been following your interviews for a while now-glad to see you've decided to start your own channel.
Next time you shoot a video like this you should shoot it in landscape/horizontally as opposed to portrait. Figured I'd try to bring it to your attention because people will eventually start to complain if you release a bunch of videos in portrait mode (it's a thing-people on the internet hate videos in portrait mode).
You rock. Best of luck.
Michael can easily be the CEO of any Fortune 500 company today! The way he conducts himself around strong ego maniacs that the corporate world has a bunch of and makes them think they won when in reality Michael just put them in there place is amazing! I use his teachings to my business and I must say I’m growing faster then ever! Let me not say too much... I don’t want Michael to send someone knocking at my door talking about he deserves a % for his services hahaha 😂. Great job Michael, your a stand up guy! My mentor. Have a blessed day
Loved Fat Tony in The Irishman.
"Maybe someone should tell him that!"
Btw I'm from London and a big fan.
You have come so far and have lived one hell of a life.
I didn't really like the way they portrayed Tony in that film. In my opinion, they made him too much like a grandpa(which I'm sure he was lol, but still), and not like a tough old gangster, that he was.
"these 5 Mamalouks around me can't earn 2 cents" I'm done 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I enjoy listening to Michael's stories. I've done a lot of research on the mob and Michael was probably the smartest member out of all the five families. Since Lansky that is.
Congratulations Mr.Franzese on being as blessed as you have been. May you continue to live a good life.
I really enjoy your stories sir. I'm glad your around to tell them.
Michael can really tell a story that’s for sure, what a great guy.
I'm 20 years old and was wondering if you would consider doing a video on the advice you would give to young men? There's a lot someone can learn from your story!
Yes! Learn how to be a real man! Good idea.

Michael, as a 3rd generation Italian, I love listening to these stories. I’m in Rochester, NY & we had a mafia war here in the 70’s - 80’s (I was a kid at the time). My father raised me on the same principles as the mafia-NEVER rat on anyone, don’t ever date a friends girl/ex-girl, protect your neighborhood, don’t destroy it & make the right connections. A lot of your advice can applied to working in the corporate world-as you have stated before. Love watching the interviews & stories! I raise a double espresso to you-GOD BLESS!

Yeah that certainly makes sense. When I'm around English people I can read their every thought because I have an English background.
I didn’t know Michael had a channel, I’ve listened to all his interviews over the last few weeks, and I look forward to watching his content.
I'd read that the old Italian East Harlem was "Fat Tony's" kingdom from early on. And that even after the demographics of the area changed, he kept his headquarters there. If so, I don't know....there's something I like about that. Not giving up on the old neighborhood. Always liked him. Great story.
Yea he did,fat toney and the genevese had east harlem, blacks had west harlem, everybody was making millions running numbers, then the government made the lotto and took the huslte, and Hispanics took over east Harlem and whites took over west lol
That's very true! It remained the same and people knew him for years in that neighborhood. Tony "taxed" the other mobsters in that neighborhood for their activities including the "Marquez brothers" who ran "the policy" or better known as "number parlors or number holes".
Oh Mr.Franzese

I literally LOL'd when when he said Fat Tony said give them five hundred and give me the thousand, 😂
That's 5k a week to Fat Tony for absolutely nothing. Wasn't even his boss!
True, I understand that. But Fat Tony wasn't HIS boss. However, Franzese was earning with ten hands, pulling in so much money, I'm sure he and his boss didn't have a problem with it. Like Tony Sapprano said, there's enough garbage for everybody. Lol, Fat Tony. He was gonna get 5k a week, PLUS the kick from the 500 the other guys were getting, 🤣

We really need an auto biography, and a film based on Michael and Sonny Franzese (Much like With Iceberg Slim). So many people talk about rats etc... but there isn’t many people anywhere that you can name willing to do 50 years in jail and not take any kind of deal or like Michael do ten years, not put anyone else in trouble and walk away from that life with out any kind of hard feelings. You're An Awesome Man Michael. I'm so proud to be part of your Crew and to have a connection with you online. I'd enjoy meeting you face to face one day.
Michael Franzese is a very intresting fellow.
Somehow after surviving a life where things can change in a instant he has
Managed to totally reinvent himself.
One thing I have noticed when he speaks
On his past, he always seemed to be thinking 3 steps of ahead.
So many guys in that life act on impulse
And in the moment. Their egos won't allow them to admit they are wring.
Franzese seemed to have taken observation of fellow soldiers that built their decisions on greed and hate and thought to himself "there's a smarter way to make it in this life "
Then he does his time, gets out and now
He's a testament of new better version
Of himself
And about Tony Salerno. He had good relations with other families outside of NYC.
He was close to Angelo Lonardo of Cleveland. As the Genoveses represented Cleveland from the mid 60s and onward. Lonardo was actually passed over twice as Cleveland boss.but he still
Commanded alot of power and respect.
The fact that Franzese is around to speak on his life and actually give out life lessons is a rarity
So excited by this channel. Im glad when a new thing pops up.
And that was the story of how Fat Tony was earning 20k per month for finding his 5 guys a job. That's double of what all 5 of them would be earning by working...not to mention that they also probably had to kick up to him for helping them. So basically what Fat Tony did was to find a No-show/No-work job for himself...haha man what a life.
Fat Tony was obviously one greedy SOB. Since he was the boss of the Genovese family he must have made at least hundreds of thousands of dollars every month, but he still cheated his own crew out of cash. All that talk of honor and honesty among the Cosa Nostra is BS.
What a life...until he got LIFE in the Commision trial. LOL
Admittedly these guys weren't worth half a salt but 500 in cash every week wasn't peanuts back then. It would be like 1,200-1,500 today. Once again these guys aren't the brightest but you figure if they were managing a gas station they could find a way to make some extra money without robbing the boss especially if it had a garage/repair shop.
no show/no work is when you get a tax return and insurance. This was just tribute.

The point was these people didn’t attack or kill anyone outside their lifestyle. We’re always respectable toward the public, the Gotti crew is where that changed
@@DH-ij9pe Tell that to anyone who owed them money, like the business owners who had to pay them for "protection" or loan shark borrowers.
