Very cool. I'll use this warm up before my next practice. FOR ME, anyways....When, or once I'm relaxed, I play SO MUCH better. When I start thinking I'll stiffen, and my rolls will break up, especially when watching myself in a mirror.
I'd love to see a lesson on staying relaxed. If I could maintain throught a practoce, or a show, I feel it would really help me out.
just a suggestion. IDK if anyone else gets this?? Almost like stage fright.

It's hard not to associate Rich Redmond with being "dooshy" but god damn the guy is an incredible drummer. His freakin' hands are so awesome.
He's couldn't be a nicer guy! Very down to earth and excited to help everyone around him. He's also a sick drummer.
I can see that. He sure does seem like a nice dude. I've never met him and I didn't mean to insult him at the same time I was complementing him LOL. He's just over the top with enthusiasm it seems...and not like the movie over the top with Sylvester Stallone. Maybe he should star in a re-make...I might be on to something here.
