Stumbled across your channel. I love your energy and variety of exercises. I'm 56 and have bad knees and fallen arches so no jumping anymore for me, but can modify easily. I do yoga everday to keep strength and flexibility. Too much ballet as a child, and too much running in my 30s and 40s. My joints feel broken most days, but sensible movement is essential for us mature fitness loving ladies. Love what you're doing and find you real and inspiring. Thanks Pj from chilli UK

Today was a valley for me (a "hormonal" kind of a day: tired, sleepy, and cranky). Honestly, though, I view exercise (whether it's strength training, cardio, walking or yoga) as restorative---I may not always feel up to doing it, but it never fails to make me feel good afterwards 😊💗 Thank you, PJ, for providing me with my daily dose of self-care! 😊💗🔥 Day 13, done! 🙌
This was such a great workout. The TRX looks interesting. I still had an excellent workout with my regular weights. The length of workout is just perfect for this 53 yr old body as well.
Thanks for your pep talk during the cool down today. Today was not 100%, but I showed up. F*ck yeah! I'm a few days behind on the challenge because I walk with a friend twice a week and don't have time to double-up on other days. But these workouts are hitting exactly as they need to. Loving it.
Day 13 done! I'm always amazed that you can train the entire body in just 30 minutes. Loved this one (metcons are always fun) and since you dared me I just HAD to do the renegade rows! I love how you offer options for every fitness level, so I can mix in a bit of spicy or stick to the mild version depending on how my body's feeling. Thanks PJ!

Did Day 12 and Day 13 back to back today to catch up....whoa nelly!!!! While it may not have been very pretty, I did it and I feel great (especially now that I'm cooled down ;) )! Thanks for this great 28 day challenge. I am motivated to exercise in a way I haven't been in years.
Good one! Your comments at the end about fitness not being linear and not being 100% sometimes was so on point for me today. All through the workout I kept saying "why am I i struggling today?!" I dont understand it and only made 3 rounds and the abs, but I pushed through those 3 rounds. I really don't understand it and its frustrating.

Omg 😆 that was tough 🤣 I wasn't feeling the workout energy vibe today lol 😆 I nearly didn't do it 😂 but I pushed through 🤣 Like you PJ for some strange reason my right side low back decides to kick in I'm like what the heck why today 🤣.........but I got through it and sweaty Betty is here 🥵🥵🥵 Used my heaviers and dropped down for the overhead raises couldn't go as deep in the lunges with the back but I did it Haaaaaaaaa glad I've it done now .... Thanks PJ! I used 10kg & 7kg for today’s workout! I have TRX too. Maybe I don’t know exactly how to use it. Seems like alternative body weight exercises are more challenging than TRX. I won’t get fatigue using TRX
