LOL To say I'm feeling my glutes and hips would be a serious understatement. I went heavier than usual since this just seemed to be a day to push myself. I may regret that tomorrow, but I AM UNSTOPPABLE! This challenge really has me feeling strong and wanting to push my limits :) Thank you PJ!

Missed the Day 17 tabata workout yesterday, so did that one and then this back-to-back today---whew! Kept my 20lbs throughout this workout, so I had to pause the video for a few seconds in between the lunges to catch my breath 😅 Definitely feeling my glutes and thighs! 🔥❤
I was certain as we went into round 4 that it was round 5. I nearly bailed and went to fix lunch. But I didn't, and stayed through the side lifts and stretch. Partly because it's a really rainy day and I can't go out for a walk as an alternative.
Repositioning the booty band to above the knee was better for me. Thanks for always offering other options. And amazingly enough, I kept up with the finisher! 😯 Thanks, PJ! ❤
