    Day 18 complete, was a killer for this 65 year old but i kept up with PJ. PJ you are the best trainer in my eyes, thank you so much❤

    Day 18 done! Yeah, I cheated and did this a day early since I won't be home tomorrow (and yes I AM questioning my life choices right about now!). OMG PJ are you trying to kill me?! LOL To say I'm feeling my glutes and hips would be a serious understatement. I went heavier than usual since this just seemed to be a day to push myself. I may regret that tomorrow, but I AM UNSTOPPABLE! This challenge really has me feeling strong and wanting to push my limits :) Thank you PJ!

    I love that you are telling us which watch setting to use. Please keep doing that! I never know at the beginning of a workout so I just used the "Mixed Cardio" option. I figure my heartrate will get up high enough at some point in the workout. 10 Days to go!!

    Day 18 is done and dusted! In one of your blooper reels (which I thoroughly enjoy), you weren't satisfied that you were "selling it", that instead you were saying run away. I hate running, so that sold the workout for me, haha! My hips will hate me tomorrow. Actually, they're already complaining. You're the best, PJ!

    Missed the Day 17 tabata workout yesterday, so did that one and then this back-to-back today---whew! Kept my 20lbs throughout this workout, so I had to pause the video for a few seconds in between the lunges to catch my breath 😅 Definitely feeling my glutes and thighs! 🔥❤

    I was certain as we went into round 4 that it was round 5. I nearly bailed and went to fix lunch. But I didn't, and stayed through the side lifts and stretch. Partly because it's a really rainy day and I can't go out for a walk as an alternative.
