The HIIT workout for March 18th, High and Low impact would not load, UA-cam was only loading the 19th… I searched on Patreon, typed HIIT and this workout came up. Really wonderful. I am a little behind the calendar days for March but catching up. :-) Thank you for keeping me motivated.

Day 14 done! Happy Valentines Day! I was feeling bouncy today, so this was a great one for me- I did all the high impact moves and felt good doing them! I don't know how you do it PJ, but I swear each Challenge you create just gets better and better! We're officially halfway through this one and I am absolutely loving it (and seeing results)! Thanks PJ another excellent workout. My dog loves the exercise mat and often joins me - I have to fight to space/end up on the floor. She decided to plonk herself on me towards the end so I did weighted bridges!!😆🐶
My breath was going strong the whole workout. I just love this challenge. Doing different things or in a different way. Also being 30 minutes, if I have time I can do it again. Almost everyday I do one or two of your stretch videos. Just did the hammies and gutes one and I feel like a different person! You are truly a blessing to all of us!!!! Thank you PJ
