Ok, so I've been using the TRX straps at Planet Fitness and every time I try to adjust them to the dog-ear length, the yellow tabs just slide all the way back down to the long length it's just making me feel very frustrated!
I find these in gyms all the time instead of rings. I wish they could be adjusted higher or mounted higher up so I could use them for dips and other full-bodyweight exercises. In my experience, TRX has been an overpriced and inferior piece of fad equipment compared to classic gymnast rings
I’d feel like this video would be more useful if there was at least one closeup of the latch and fingers while the adjustment was being made.
Exactly!
Finally got these to lengthen after a tug of war mini battle! Cheers mate
Thank you, helped a lot.
It was very helpful. I didn't know how to shorten the straps.
Thank you, it saved my training 😅
Thank you!
I find these barrell locks slide back to full length when a mid length, any suggestions how to avoid this?
the trx straps I own slip when full weight is set against them. Help!
Finally the instructions that the box gave me were no use at all

I would be frustrated too! That probably means Planet Fitness needs new straps because the straps shouldn't be doing that!
lol, i could not figure out how to adjust for the life of me at the gym.
Same. I’m trying to progress on my pull ups but couldn’t figure out how to adjust them lol
What model are the straps used in the video?
Probably too late for an answer but that is pro4
