  • Peyton Manning has gone down as one of the all-time greats in the game of football. Breaking so many NFL records and being the NFL MVP an astonishing 5 times. Will anyone ever top Peyton Mannings MVP record?

The Colts won 12 games every year, starting in 2002 until 2010, when they went 10-6. The 2011 season, when Peyton sat out for surgery, they went 2-14. Around that time I remember Brady getting hurt, and Matt Cassle still got them to the playoffs. That, for me, showed me that Peyton was the goat.

Peyton is easily the goat. If you actually watched him, there is no doubt. Brady isn't in his league.
Super bowls and playoff wins are team achievements. He made more people better than anybody else ever. He designed an offense by himself as a 22 year old rookie that went on to be the greatest long term offense of all time

People only bring up the ring argument now. It’s a team sport and Tom had ELITE defenses every single time he won. He had more top 10 defenses on the just the bucs than Manning and Rodgers have had in both their careers combined.

Honestly. his last ring was a cakewalk. Brady’s a great qb, one of the greatest ever. But his defenses were stacked. I’d say the goat would be a qb from sometime before the 2000s, back when not getting your neck snapped was a rarity.

He sure is,that ring argument is a team accomplishment point blank period. It's all about the skills and what makes you different.

What football "fans" nowadays don't understand is that being the greatest QB means being the greatest at PLAYING QB, not having the most team success. Ray Lewis once said "greatness is by yourself. No one else can make you great." And I have never seen a QB who, based on his own individual accolades and talent, was better than Peyton Manning. He didn't play on great teams like Brady, he MADE teams great. So based on that, I say he's the GOAT.

He will always be my Goat. If he didn’t have that neck surgery only 12 years in I think he would have won a lot more.

Who has the most MVPs? Case closed. Rings are a team effort. No elite coach tied to his career like the rest in the "convsersation" and he didn't have to cheat to be good.

you need to watch your video back from a viewers perspective to see how u can improve your videos. You have 3 minutes of random peyton manning highlights from the broncos and you talk about his upbringing and high school/college days. Not to mention you throw out a million numbers with the same random peyton mannings highlights shown with no timing what so ever to what you're saying. Nothing lines up. Your voice/mic constantly peaks and makes it hard for a headphone user to enjoy watching the video. Sorry if you werent looking for any criticism at all

No I appreciate it! I’ve been trying to work on the mic spiking, the way I speak makes it really hard, but I’ve been trying to improve it little by little over a while. As for the highlights, I do agree, that the timing is a little bad, the main issue with that type of stuff is copyright. I have to avoid being copyrighted or else I can be prevented from uploading in the future. But I really do appreciate the criticism! Thank you for watching and sharing the concern, hoping to improve more and more.

I'd take 7 SB wins over any other trophy/accomplishment there is (OP edit..I'd take 7 Stanley Cups over 7 Lombardi's, but I digress). You play to win...win it all. Manning may be the better "QB", but Brady is the better teammate, and bigger winner. If I were on an NFL team, I would want Brady. Look what he did in his 40's. If this was strictly based on position and overall talent...then give me Marino all day.

Straight up, the greatest quarterback has ever played if you were building a franchise and you could pick somebody to be your quarterback for the next 10 years, it would be him hands down. First team, all quarterback, virtually half of his career Brady did it three times in six more seasons Brady had 18 top 10 defense there in his career and his worst defense was middle of the pack at 16. The cult averaged over 11 1/2 wins per season with Manning then the year he went out with injurytwo and 14. The patriots averaged 11 1/2 wins a season with Brady the year he went out for the year with injury. They went 11 and five. Super Bowl rings are a team not an individual And the records, Brady and Bree broke we’re done so simply by plane more years
