I am still quite young and muslim by the way so am in school and i will share a personal experience. My teacher said we must respect lqbt people and I said then western people have to respect qatars islamic sharia laws ansd she was speechless and the whole class agreed sp she just ignored it. Also, there might've been another cameraman who said he'll blur out their faces or simply they forgot to blur out their faces, but either way, it's speakers' corner and there were many people recording. That asides, I do have my own perspective on this if you'd like to listen. From my experience as a gay person, I was gay and had crushes on other boys before I even knew what the word "gay" meant, there was no trauma or unhealthy dynamics needed for this to appear. Incidents of incest, to my understanding, doesnt happens "normally" as my gayness did, it often develops due to sexual abuse between siblings or parents and children, unhealthy psychological dependence between siblings due to unhealthy family dynamics and so on. My homosexuality was always there, but I'm not so sure about people having innate incestuous desires.
Incest between cousins was normalized in many cultures to my understanding before homosexuality ever was. And then there's inbreeding Spanish and Egyptian royals too...yeah I think you get the picture. The point is that just because gay people are being accepted now doesn't mean that these other more maladaptive sexual behaviours have to be. Yes there are people who try to piggyback off gay rights to normalize pedophilia and incest and I think that should be talked about more, but a constructive conversation isn't possible with the mindset of "all LGBT people want to normalize incest, pedophilia etc etc etc"

I am neither gay nor Muslim, but I find Ali statements contradictiv. @@MaliMontana good point but just to clarify, people are not born gay. homosexuality is a choice. the FEELING of attraction might not be a choice but the Quran discusses that too - that shaitaan will tempt you with anything and everything thing that he can to try mislead you from the path of Allah (SWT) which is why the sin occurs when people ACT upon these feelings, not when they simply experience them. this ties in with the concept of jihad in islam, jihad means to strive or struggle or exert yourself strenuously towards something and the greatest type of jihad is the jihad against yourself, i.e., struggling against your own desires, temptations and evil inclinations for the sake of Allah (SWT). this hadith is particularly poignant:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah forgives my followers those (evil deeds) their souls may whisper or suggest to them as long as they do not act (on it) or speak."
and if you read the arabic text, you’ll notice the word used in the hadith is ‘ummati’ - ‘my nation’ - the nation is split up into two kinds: 1) the Nation that got invited to the message (ummat al-dawa): This includes the whole of humanity, because the message of islam and the prophet Muhammad (saw) were sent for all of mankind rather than just a select group of people.
2) the Nation that accepted the Message (ummat al-ijaba): These are the people who believed in Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), his faith and his life style.
so it is not that Allah (SWT) made LGBTQ+ people this way and is then punishing them for no reason. Astagfirullah. He (SWT) is the Most Merciful, the Most Just. all people have a choice in whether or not they act upon their desires.

I’m not Muslim, but many of the underlying values taught in Islam I strongly believe in. Unfortunately it is these values that are decaying throughout the western world and in my opinion, is what is leading to it’s demise.
Fix your society by embracing Islam and call others towards it.
