- “We’re Wastin’ Time” by The Rolling Stones
Composers: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards
Lyrics:
We're wastin' time inside my mind
The thought of her won't go away come every day
We're just wastin’ time
We're wastin’ time, my clothes are fine
Still fresh and clean
Her sweet perfume in our old room
We're just wastin’ time
With that face that I've seen
Maybe thinks the same as me
Well, nothin’ that we're learnin’
While the hands keep turnin’
Girl, oh girl, can't you see?
We're wastin’ time inside your mind
The thought of him won't go away come every day
We're just wastin’ time
We're wastin’ time inside your mind
The thought of him won't go away come every day
We're just wastin’ time
Oh, we're just wastin' time
We're just wastin' time
We're just wastin' our time
Oh, we're just wastin' our time

I'm not wasting time when I'm listen to The Rolling Stones 👅😝
If this was released in the 60´s it would be perfect fit anyway, great work Stones!
THE ROLLING STONES FOREVER! LONG LIVE THE ROLLING STONES!
The best Rock & Roll band in the world, there are many bands of Rock (Beatles, Who, Kinks, The Doors, etc), but The Rolling Stones is the only one band that have the "Roll" 😎🤩😃
They even have it in the name: The *Roll/ing* Stones 🖊
!!!!♡
this isn't The Stones tho really; it's Mick Jagger with Jimmy Page and other studio musicians
@@cultfilmfreakreviewsInteresting facts :)
ROLLING STONES FOR EVER...🎸👍💽👉STAND UP CHARLIE 🥁🥁🥁👅🇦🇷👅
I never heard this song before and it's good IMO. One of my favorite rock groups! Peace!
Will The Stones ever release their version of the Rice Krispies commercial? 😉
The Klein mafia are on it!
Thanks ABKCOVEVO, all of The Rolling Stones is great!
ABKCOVEVO is the name of Alan Klein corporation wich stole the Stones of their musical rights since the beginning until 1970.
Gotta love Charlie...what a drummer...unusual playing style..love it!!
This is not Charlie. Session musicians. Only Mick from The Stones on this track.
Andy White played the drums... not Charlie, Keith, Brian and Bill on this track 🙂
@@sirkeefrichards4215 The guitar sounds like John McLoughlin or Jimmy Page who both did session work for Andrew Oldham. This song was given to Jimmy Tarbuck (a British comedian) as a single on Immediate Records. I doubt whether any of the Stones are on it. It sounds like very good session musicians.
Jody pull yer head out and let’s get a retrospective out of more rehearsals, demos, and alternate takes. Moss is growing Jody!
Hut ab. Fetzt und rollt. So sollen Stones klingen. Wonderful.
You'd probably like a band called The Doublejumps if you like The Rolling Stones. They're a bit different but similar in a way
Wow, nice way to start my week, with a video from ABKCO ❤💯💪🏻
This not the rolling stones but a song demo made in 1965 with Mick Jagger singing and studio session musicians playing all the instruments. Session guitarist Joe Morretti is credited ion the Metamorphosis LP.
Was it a demo for Jimmy Tarbuck who recorded the song ?
Very pretty!!!...
Hell yes great shit
presently I'm not wasting time ...
Nicely retro...
Like it
Music for geriatrics..

1:55 sounds like a second away from quitting what is clearly some waltz. I shall see through to the end, betting that it will stay the waltz that it is which proves the importance of the rhythm. Even the rhythm guitar must submit to the one two three that it is and will be until the end. It's bravery, Bravo! - The end was'nt far out, far away, anyway. Thanks for letting me bubble away, cheers!
Ahh I love wasting time ⏲️
I like it a Goodyear song
Perfect description for how I feel
Andrew and his encouraging mick and Keith to write pop rubbish. No wonder Brian checked out
😊😎🤩🌟
Pls uplaud rolling stones album sticky fingers

@@BigSky1 Maybe Brown Sugar and Wild Horses

As usual with these burglars of Abkco, no info at all and keep droppin' 'z' sides of the 60s
I beleive this was John Paul Jones on base and kieth and no one of the regular stones crew accept Mick ? It was, definitely an album of mish mash listen to going down with Mick Taylor and no Kieth it's incredible off this, album cd.

Pablo, these lyrics are indescribably awful, and so should never be reapeated. I'm sure even the old con man Jaguar would agree.
Read the comments above, not Keith here.

Absolutely unknown. Must be a bonus from CD edition. Anyway there's only Mick's voice here, players are unknown like for the rest of the album. Sound Is to caramel to be Stones sound.

This was recorded in the 70's and released by former manager Klein and his label ABCKO in one of several attempts to self generate profits for himself with not a penny going to our beloved band. Shameful!
Better than Jimmy Tarbuck's version (though that was OK too!).

PS This came out by abvco at the same time as The Stones official Made in the Shade, and THIS IS FAR BETTER... songs no one heard before (or versions thereof)... meanwhile Made in the Shade was the laziest compilaton by any band ever... if they wanted to bottle the Mick Taylor era there were so many better tracks for a compilation...
Love the Stones, but this blows.
