He was a sapper with the 2nd Battalion Royal Australian Regiment and was stationed at Nui Dat in Phuoc Tuy province. He liked to play this song, among others, as it reminded him of when he was rec leave with his mates drinking and having fun. Sadly the war eventually took him in 2020 with complications from the Agent Orange they sprayed as a defoliant. ❤🇦🇺
