- Flexibility and Strengthening Yoga Flow for Dancers. As a dancer myself, yoga has been such a crucial part of my training process. It’s so important to stay flexible and strong in our muscles so that we can move properly and stay safe in our bodies. Even if you’re not a dancer, this flow is a great practice for working on flexibility in poses such as your split, as well as building strength in the core for balancing postures.

tysm this is exactly what i wanted this is day one i will try to improve moving foward and will oftenly do this i didnt make it though the whole thing i will improve i left of at 9:58 today and will try to get farther next time im 12 years old and have big goals for my future i know one day ill make it far
