Nice video! I agree that it would be nice to see it from other angles. I'd like to see your blacked out emblems from a distance. I have an accord sport and blacked out the window trim and smoked the reverse lights. It made a HUGE difference! I hate that chrome window trim, so I am really looking forward to your video on that. I am likely going to be getting the same exact car as yours, but am undecided on color. I HATE the front lower chrome accents! I think you should totally black those out. Your car would look so awesome! It already looks sweet, but doing the window trim and the front lower chrome accents would totally complete the look! Yeah, don't touch the Honda emblem up front. You don't want to mess up the radar and safety system.
Great video! Would love to see more angles of how the whole back looks now. Looking forward to seeing the results of your window trim chrome delete. As for those front ports, I like the look of the black version on the base sport trim. I think it would complete the look nicely. I do think the radar is behind the front emblem so I would steer clear of that.

I have base sport hybrid which has the non-chrome front “fog” light ports and it looks great without the chrome.

That Radar emitter pretty special. Maybe just make a little sign next to it that say’s “ce n'est pas chromé” and sign that René Magritte. Then you can have the “This is not a pipe” statement right out in front and the folks at the Art Museum would really love it. 🤙🏽
About to do mine along with chrome delete with Brass Monkey on my Canyon Blue River I think it will look good.

If you dont want them to drill holes in the front bumper. Call them now. They aggressively mounted the plates on mine.

I didn’t notice when I bought it, but after I started noticing the chrome window trim, and it just doesn’t make any sense why they did that. Everything is blacked out except the window trim and emblems. Such a mistake imo. Glad there’s a way to fix it

Chrome delete the front vent lower trim and see how it blends out if don’t like it you can remove the paint right. but i think it will look great!

Do you have any tips for removing the hyperdip in the middle of the "R" in CRV and middle of "POR" in Sport? After I pulled off the excess from the edges, how do I get to the middle?
You can use a toothpick to clean it out! Pick from the center.
Do you have a video for the chrome delete front ports?
I didn’t make one. But im putting one out for the exhaust tips and its the same. Front ports are probably the easiest thing to chrome delete
Have you considered installing door Edge and sill guards?
And does the car come with pre-installed roof rails?

Do NOT spray the front emblem! It is a special material that allows radar to pass through, it’s above $100 to replace because of the material is uses!
Otherwise, love the chrome deletes!

@@Rz-tt9zu Acura offers blacked out versions, unfortunately I have not seen the same for Honda yet. Idk why. But no I think the only way is OEM
@@yomommasllama5369you can tint it. Tinting has 0 effect on radar. I’m doing mine this weekend and will post results

@@stephanieabad5645 I'm not aware of any sanctioned safe way to change the emblems from chrome. We are unfortunately stuck until Honda comes out with black ones.
Wow, that’s wild! I’ve been annoyed that “SPORT” is black but the other badges are chrome. It really just pulls up along the edges without having to score it in any way??? If so, I’m going on Amazon now to find this product!
Could this maybe be used for the chrome delete on the windows too? I guess it’s so much more visible against the matte pillars. I’m ordering some satin 3M 2080, too. You get the 25’ or 50’ roll?

Oh and as for the fake vent ports on the front of your model, I think you black them out. They’re gloss black on my Sport Hybrid and it’s so clean!
I’m not so sure about you spraying the front Honda badge - pretty sure the Honda Sensing tech is behind the badge. I found a pre-cut transparent smoked film on eBay that covers it. Might work better.
There’s also a brand on Amazon called VViViD that makes all kinds of films and wraps. Might be a good place to start.

Main thi g I want to delete are those fake intake ports on the front. Non touring has those blacked out. Really wish the touring did as well.

I probably would have hyper dipped the sport emblem too so the colors match all around and yes chrome delete everything I don’t like chrome on any car and I plan to do the same when I get mine

@@Fadic4 no louder than a regular car. Its silent to me. Unless you’re going up a steep hill. Then the engine will make more noise at high RPM
I have them. No issues. They are leather and they wipe pretty clean.

I like the chrome on the bumper. I think Honda did a really good job with the 2023 CR-V Sport trims with the chrome deletes or lack there of from the Factory. Also the fact that Honda put the radar for the adaptive cruise behind the "H" logo to deter thief's from stealing it.
I will be super interested to see how you chrome delete the "H" logo.
