Is anyone hearing the engine noise for almost a minute after start driving for a little bit?

Hi! Own Honda 2023 Crv hybrid sport Was getting the same messages about line departures and driver assistance off see the dealership. After 6 month of fighting with them that the steering of the car is weird , they changed the electric power steering and since then I had 4 alignment done and the car driver even worst . Never again Honda

I have one in the back of mine. Funny thing, two days later I ran over a nail and I used the inflator kit that came with the car. It works! Granted the nail was in the center of the tread so it was the perfect spot for it to treat, but it saved me from doing a tire change. Either way, between my spare tire and a lithium ion battery jumper I keep with me, I'm prepared to go just about anywhere now.

The argument is…. If you are gonna carry it in that manner, better to just get a full size spare

Two months into driving our new 2024 Hybrid CRV E-CVT. City MPG from 40 to 56 MPG, Highway MPG at 60 MPH is 43-45 MPG and at 70 MPH drops to 83 MPG. Very short trips under 2 to 4 mile scan drop to 28-30 MPG then increase to 40 MPG plus after driving around 5 miles plus. Sold my 2017 CRV Touring to buy the 2024 CRV. The question is would buy the 2024 CRV Hybrid model again, YES.

We bought one for peace of mind. Comes with the tools, spare and cover. We felt much better on long. Trips

It’s not the engineering again people blame the most important people the ones who actually know about cars not some you tube influenced individual who doesn’t know real engineering. It’s actually the consumer who has become dumber and less efficient therefore the tire has been left out. People nowadays can’t even change their own oil because they are like I said dumb let alone will they be able to change a tire or willing to do so also it is unsafe to do that on the road it’s better to just call a tow truck tow it to the nearest tire center and get it done by people who at least know how to change tires. Or course in the middle of the night your driving yeah that makes sense but that’s why the make run flat tires and for a car like this it should be fine. Locking diff ? Why would you even drive it in a very unsafe manor, knowing your car has a spare on you should be driving slower and safer . This is a good thing for people who can change spares but the people who buy this car think the minds behind the car did a good thing. The focus group is people who don’t know a thing about cars they just know how to drive them.

How did you get the front ports off?

Is anyone bothered by the rear seatbelt bulge in the ceiling on the driver side? Since it’s only on one side, it’s triggering my OCD. I want to buy a CRV, but I’m having trouble with accepting this huge cyst! Seems like they didn’t consider how symmetry (or the lack thereof) can affect us. Some advice from those who already have the vehicle would help.

I went to look at crv hybrids yesterday only to find out they don’t come with spare tires. Without a place to actually tuck away the spare, I don’t think the crv is for me. I believe the rav4 hybrids have spare tires.

Just today I got a flat on the interstate in our 24 sport touring. lucky we were 1 exit from the dealer and made it before the tire went completely flat. Wll cost $345 to replace the tire. and I have to leave my car there for 4 days till they can get the tire. I have bought 6 cars there so they gave me a 24 passport black edition to use for the duration. Now I am torn between buying this spare or just trading in the crv (2400 mi.)for a ridgeline black and giving my wife my 24 pilot elite. This car we did not get the tire and wheel warranty pkg,because they raised the price and lowered the coverage. Figures,but it was a gamble since we have not got a flat since 1984. But now we live in the desert 45 minutes from anything so do I really want to get caught out again?

Thank you for the small-mirror upgrade suggestion. What this really helps including parking is parking next to the curve and avoiding curve-rash. Saves damages on your wheels as well as the extra need to prop open the door to see whether your car is lined-up with the parking lines.

The electric parking brake you should be able set it to automatically come on when you shift into park. Read the owners manual ( now there’s something most people don’t do ). My guess would, be that it’s similar to the Hybrid RAV4. Maybe it’s 1 or two clicks “ up “ and then hold it up for 3-5 seconds. The backup noise is a bit of a pain but if people turn to look at your car, it’s doing its job. Yes hybrids make little to no engine noise in reverse but then same thing with pretty much any other vehicle gas included ( unless people have put on those exhausts that are louder and don’t do anything for power despite what people think ). The RAV4’s wireless charger is also pretty sad. I’ve driven for a couple hours starting with a 25% charge and after two hours it’s only at 86%. This new Honda still falls short of the current 4th year RAV4 except if your kid is 6 foot 4 in the back seat where the Honda has more legroom. Also if you are in a situation that really needs AWD the Honda probably gets more serious power to the back wheels.

Ive got the CRV EX so Im not sure how mine would look with this on. Especially since i dont have the 2 exhaust outlets 🥺 If there is one for the EX i would for sure add this on.

My initial reaction was that I did not like the look but the more I watched the video, the look has grown on me a little bit.You'll probably get a lot of comments and questions when you are out and about since CRVs are a very popular selling vehicle and this is a unique modification.
