Every job has its pros and cons. Har ek kaam me load hota hai. I have worked in a call centre for a salary of 11k in hand where I had to work for 10-12hrs straight. Trust me, working in SBI is far better than private jobs. I quit that BPO job in November and finally cleared SBI JA 2024. Now my aim is to clear SBI PO 2024.

There are no pros in sbi po. It is very very very bad
I started my first job in 2017 in a spectacle shop for rs 2000 a month then in same year i changed my work as a computer operator for rs 4000 a month till 2022 i worked for daily for 12 hours but i continued my preparation for banking then in 2022 selected as an MTS in and in 2024 selected as sbi clerk.

Yes clear the exam and earn well
I worked in Genpact from 2018 to 2022 morning 4 am to 2 pm was my shift there was no sleep no salary extreme pressure but no choice extra work on weekends without extra money. Now i am selected in sbi ja, ibps clerk, waiting for nicl ao result hopefully i will clear . I did hard work beyond my limits i must have done something nice in past that's why i am able to get out of that job. There are no regret no issues life word has different meaning for every person. Nowadays people complain about pressure for me who is going to work in day shift is itself an achievement who never thought of this days would come to me. And best part is every youtuber knows very well there is hectic routine in banking still they choose it career first later they complaint seems like well planned move

Bro speak the truth don't be blind. Sbi has the worst work culture, it's literally a curse that we are trapped in this hell called SBI, I am working in SBI as officer since last 3 years and this is not my first job. I have worked in 2 corporate companies and 1 bank and after that I joined Sbi and everyday I feel like I should resign.

Simple funda in bank you will get huge salary and work pressure is more specialy in urban branches. Iska ek bar urban sbi branch main posting ho jaye tabhi isko pata chalega work pressure kya hain. Frequent transfer is another problem in bank aur bank manger ki society main utni respect nhi jitni ssc (Ed, Income tax, CBI, gst inspector ki hain). Bank main huge amount of salary hain + point

@@navedkhan1658 So if you see there are exams for Accounts as a specialization you can target those.. Like in Nabard, Sebi the regulatory bodies and other exams as well apart from General cadre that has good number of vacancies

Bro presently working as rrb clerk, joined this year, also now selected in CBI clerk and sbi clerk, some say in sbi clerk, after promotion will get posting outsude my state but in rrb clerk promotion will be in the same state, I'm home sick person, I can't go outside my state due to family conditions, but now some say there is no promotion in rrb as clerk will remain as clerk lifetime, I'm afraid of it as I don't want it to remain as clerk, so is this true??? Or shall I shift to sbi clerk or bro. I want your suggestion bro please reply
If you've got SBI clerk in your homestate do join SBI you can take promotions in the clerical cadre as well without being shifted to any other state

Some say after 5 or 6 year if I remain in rrb I will be promoted to scale 1 and so on , but in sbi if I dont take promotion I will remain as clerk with promotions like senior associate and so on, so I am confused here as if there were no promotion in rrb, please clarify my doubt bro which will be better in the long run

i feel very much regret after not joining LIC ADO. we had talk on telegram call for IBPS PO interview. i didnt clear the final cut off but then i got selected in ADO but left just in 2 days. After that i gave many exams but couldnt clear Pre and few mains cut off. Really Money is very much important its 85K right now for ADO they got 1 Lakh Arrears too last month. Felt very dissapointed of myself.
I can understand.. I suggest to join always but many didn't join ADO due to marketing profile..
@@vineetkumarsharma i didn't joined because of my overthinking, and emotional aspects. Also for the bond amount of 3.5 lakhs. and they terminated 7-8 candidates too in last 2 months and i was having the fear of it too. I calculated that being in Mumbai with all expenses won't get that much money in 8-10months if in case I got selected somewhere in banking. But luckily others got it because salary hike of 17% and 1lakh arrears. Also the fact that i was 32 so I thought if i couldn't clear exam i will be stuck here for lifetime because my age limit would end. So i took a risk of living but unfortunately failed 3 mains :(
I have joined ADO on 18th March 2024 and resigning today finally and will join bank as po on 28 July

@@vineetkumarsharma i dont know about fci work culture. But fci is purely owned by govt and everything is done as per rules.
Here in sbi you are forced to deduct money from people's account to complete sby,jjby target monthly 150.
Then feedback target. Even clerks are forced.
Customer comes in huge crowd and you have to work.

So true sir. Especially in retail banking or banking in general you even dont realise how time goes away so fast. From 9:45 am to by 8.30pm time goes away so fast. Last 7 years have passed working as bank po and never felt time moving away and never felt bored or fatigued. One of the truly dynamic jobs one can get.
