Roadside assistance can be a way for couriers to stay more busy. The main apps i used a couple years ago are Urgently and Honk. Don't expect to make a living on just the roadside but it can easily fit into the workflow of a gig worker that's always on the move. i say throw as many lines as possible out there and only reel in the big fish. when the little fish bite (low paying orders) don't even bother trying to set the hook, just wait for a better one to come along.

For those that work Roadie / Dispatch (cause I work both) when have u seen orders like the ones he gets 100 some dollars for two or three miles. The biggest one I’ve had was for 110 to deliver some meds that was a two hour drive there n then two hours back. Now I’m not hating but there’s no mistaking that this here guy is a plant can’t roll with that.
