Use aqua net hair spray on the charge pipe connections!! I use it in my Saab 95 aero stage 2. Hasn’t let me down.

@@raebirch540 the previous tuner I was on was not the best when it came to tuning the car. I’ve switched over to TunePlus and the car has never ran better. I actually dropped a new video of my first runs with my single port set up

Full boost at 3500, maybe slightly sooner if on e30.

Probably looking at getting the s280 for my fist as well. Full bolt ons currently.
It’s a tiny turbo still. The spool time is nearly the same as stock which is almost instant.

Do you recommend tuning with an E mix on the stock fuel system? Noticeable bump? S280 guy here on 93.
I think it’s been documented on the ST forums that E30 on the S280 doesn’t do much vs a 91 rune. I could be wrong but feel I read that somewhere on the website from Wesley or Ron with Whoosh

You don’t get much of a power gain from going to an e mix. You might be squeezing 10-15hp but nothing crazy. I feel a small difference between my 93 and e30. If you want real gains then a single port is the way to go

Who are you tuned through and what octane?
A little conservative is better than balls out just to draw out a few more ponies. Especially if you end up getting a single port because you can't exactly control in which cylinders that extra fuel lands and it starts to get iffy at higher boost levels, this according to my tuner, which makes sense since it sprays in right before the intake manifold.

I call bullshit. iF you had the s280 with the cowl Intake you would be able to hear that freaken thing, especially in car clips. That’s not a 9thgen si, it’s an 8th. With those mods you should be roasting the tires at those low speed pulls, and you’re not.
I didn't hear the s280 whistle either. Idk what tires he has but I have s280 and stick every time in 2nd with stock fuel system maxed out. I have sticky tires tho.

And for the longest time I was fighting traction issues, I’m on some cheap Nankangs, so dropping tire pressure has been my solution
@@s280fiesta4 I have the federal 595 pros. They're very cheap and have excellent traction. They're slightly less responsive maybe compared to some other brands but the traction makes up for it.
