Hey Jaz,, reckon I need to use Uni Strut and Booker rod for 55L tank? I've currently just got 10mm bolts going through the lip of the moulded water tank, up through the plywood floor and a steel brace that runs between 2 bolts of the 4... with lock nuts on the down side of the bolt. Where can I source Uni Strut from if you think I should use it, I can't find it at Bunnings, what am I looking for?!
Hi, thanks for the video! I noticed a very bad condition of the gimbal suspension, I highly recommend checking its condition! The lower tank strips can be replaced with a 40 x 25 mm square tube with a wall thickness of 3 mm! Good luck!)
@@JaznLori I hope you're enjoying Coober. I've been there twice. Stayed o/n once... drove straight past the second time and stopped at Cadney Homestead instead. Enjoy. Safe travels!

@@des2610 no, they are good. I have a video coming out within a week explaining how I fixed mine. I just had dust building up in the pressure switch, not a hard fix
I am suggesting you something Please don’t mind .. Why don’t you fit a black water tank of 200 Ltrs for your toilet and poop..and a 100 ltrs grey water tank for your shower and sink water The water from the shower and sink will go into the 100 ltr tank and from this tank this water can be used as flush for the toilet and poop.. so you will need to empty only the 200 ltr black water tank . And instal a 300 ltrs of fresh water tank . So total of 3 tanks you need to install .
The only problem with that is, where are you going to put all those tanks? I could squeeze another custom tank underneath for fresh water, but that's about it, also I didn't want any tanks inside the van. The 20L cassette toilet is fine and easy, you can empty in toilets also not just dump points. But I'm sure on a fresh van build if you wanted that you could make that all work
I didn’t knew that the cassette toilet is of 20 ltrs..🙂 . I thaught it would be of around 3 to 4 ltrs .. anyways if you come to India 🇮🇳 be my guest . I am from Kolkata, India. I would love to show you my city and my country to you .. we will spend some time in building my van also . I don’t have a van yet but I am dreaming of purchasing a van soon.😊😊
Great to see you doing well and still sharing some insights.
Great to see you're still down to add some info to your already super informative van build series. Thanks Jaz!
Cheers been a while but gotta share some new info
I love everything you have done with your van and your blogs.... I wish I could live my life like you one day
Thank you for the update...good to know. I love the addition of the rear tap too!
Cheers Chris yeah I love it too it's very handy 😀👍🏼
God bless you Jose thanks you for teaching me how I do my plumbing job
Glad to help
3:08 "sh** load of support here"😂
Awesome Jaz mate thanks for the update👍
No worries thanks
A blow value (pressure relief valve) of some kind comes to mind when thinking about the water tank issue.
Nice upgrade
Thanks Michael the outdoor tap has definitely come in handy and the tank mount is still going strong
Very considerate - cheers
Might be an idea to install a very small grey tank & an extra freshwater tank to replace the big grey tank.
Great vidio and information
