So first you find a plan. Then get a price from a builder. Then go to the bank. Wouldn’t you go to the bank first to see what they would approve you for? Although I would think you’d need a rough square footage price to gauge what size of plans to look at. It’s all a little confusing what the order should be. I’ve never built a custom house but am fixing to within the next year or two.

Yes, you are right. I did a video right before this. Explaining it that way I do have a course that I put out that brings you through each step of the process, including finding your property, and what to look for. How to choose your builder, how to compare builders, how to compare their pricing how to compare their floor plans, how to verify their pricing includes everything that it needs to…..
