It's so much fun to see you trying new things - I would love to see more "challenges" or trying different things. Maybe something like taking a course or classes in painting, an instrument, workout classes or new things to add in your routine like talking walks, biking or ...

I'm so glad you did this video. I'm also battling some major illnesses; Sjogren's Syndrome, Lupus, Late Stage Lyme, Protein S Deficiency, Osteoarthritis, POTS, hypertension and high cholesterol. I think that's all of them. :( Anyway, I'm supposed to be on the Paleo diet, but I have such a difficult time keeping it interesting. I also have a very hard time spending the extra money on myself, when I have a family to feed. I'm going to look into Daily Harvest to see if I would be able to afford it (and convince myself to spend the money).

I actually found your channel this year when I was trying to find out more info on Daily Harvest. So I subscribed and got my first order. On my 2nd order they charged me 3 times my order price. So a $90 order became $270. Only when I called upon discovering the 3 charges did they refund me, and it took over a week for me to get my $200 back. While I think the food is ok, their customer service and technical issues caused me to never order again.

Unfortunately, they maybe “healthy” but it’s sodium heavy on most things I looked up online. So watch out if someone is watching that in there diet.

I just received my first delivery. What a mess, the cardboard box was damp on the outside, upon opening it was not cold but more dampness. Both bags of dry ice were completely defrosted. With all the heat we are having they should put more "ice" in the box. Customer service said to shake the containers and if they "rattle" they are good, but if they appear a solid piece and don't rattle toss those. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. Terrible experience

Digestion in healthy intestines is key. We killl all the good bacteria with sugar and processed foods, things that are so bad for our digestion that it makes sense when introducing healthy foods that all thatbad would flush us out. In the 1st week if this happens then you know you are on the right track! ;)

This service would be suuuch a great tool for people with adhd! I've been diagnosed myself, and preparing meals only ever work if its not complex, let alone having to think about nutrition. Plus if it takes away the need to wash as many dishes its a bonus.
