Thank you for your informative videos. I actually got the Aura 3M N95 masks through the free giveouts at CVS when the pharmacies were doing that. Works well, just problem with elastic slipping in the back of my head. Any nutrition information is greatly appreciated! Btw...love the sunglasses!
I’ve been following a healthy Plant Based diet for about 10 years now and it’s been great for me. I know there are unhealthy ways of eating vegan but I’ve been following many lifestyle medicine physicians for advice. I don’t miss or feel the need to consume animal products. So much of current day animal products are of very poor quality. Another great GI doctor that I’ve recently discovered is Dr. Robynne Chutkan. She talks about common medications people take that can also cause dysbiosis in the gut microbiome. I started my plant based journey when I turned 50 and later this year I turn 60. I get annual exams and they always tell me cholesterol and is really good. My thyroid is normal my fasting blood sugar is normal and I’m not on any medications. Pretty much all my friends are on medications. Not long after starting I went into menopause and I didn’t struggle with menopause symptoms most of my female friends had.It was actually fairly uneventful. I also previously had seasonal allergies and that went away. I also would struggle with hypoglycemia if I went a little too long between meals but that went away too. I think eating plenty of fiber helps in so many ways and the vast majority of people are fiber deficient. I’m actually an ex-pharm rep and the last drug I sold was Remicade to GI doctors so I find all the information they are discovering about the gut microbiome extremely fascinating.
