Ghost Note So is looking into they're backgrounds and determining any reason as to why they may not being truthful. The man they're accusing is dead, and no longer able to defend himself. Taking accusations at immediate face value is dangerous. Just look at Jussie Smollett.

@@wut-dah_7212 Sure, but is that what you're seeing? People acting in good faith, looking into things in order to get to the truth? Or more like people latching onto and twisting anything they possibly can to support the narrative they've been following for decades? There are some of the former, but I see mostly the latter.
And it seems like the only reason for these allegations that the pro-Jackson side can come up with is money. The same thing said about every Jackson accuser, and everyone that's accused a rich person of anything, ever. Saying they're doing it for the money, absent anything else, isn't compelling. Their stories were compelling. And to those who have experience dealing with the system, and victims of sexual abuse, they were entirely believable.

Just because Michael didn’t touch Corey means absolutely nothing. Believe what you want but that’s literally means nothing. Serial killers and rapists can have children, be married and have close relationships with people who never expected them to be killers. I’m not saying I believe or not but that’s just not a good enough point for people to keep bringing up.

Funny how? Michael Jackson didn't rape every boy he came in contact with so that means he didn't rape any boy he came in contact with?
You believe in a "prevalence" of abuse in Hollywood, but you dismiss the chance that Hollywood-obsessed Michael Jackson could've been an abuser? Because it has exactly what to do with you?
      So damned dumb.

A judge looked at all the evidence, and said neither witness was credible, at least twice. The documentary is about stirring up public sympathy, in hopes of cashing on their hard luck, "I'm a failure, because I was traumatized", story. Both men blamed Michael Jackson for being failures. Robson blamed him for telling him he would be the next Spielberg. And he admitted he felt like an utter failure because he couldn't live up to those expectations. And Safechuck, blamed Michael because he told him and his parents to pursue a different career path, than the one he actually planned on pursuing. Court documents show that both men changed their stories on numerous occasions, told conflicting stories, and both are in financial binds. If it's not about money, why does the documentary dance around the fact that they have been suing his estate for millions?

It does NOT make it any better that multiple kids were sleeping in his room even if he was “sleeping on the floor”.. which ok there you go doesn’t prove that he didn’t do something In private with those kids, the problem is MJ kept putting himself in a situation where he CAN be accused of molestation And wrong doing. After being accused the first time WTF DIDN’T HE STOP HAVING CHILDREN SLEEP OVER HIS HOUSE!!.. Why did he NEED to continue doing that , that’s the question you should ask yourself, in life if you are doing something that all it does is causes you problems wouldn’t you stop that , unless he couldn’t stop , hmm why couldn’t he stop?? Well maybe because he was a sick man that needed to have little boys sleep over in his house that to me right there are RED FLAGS going off left and right. I’m not saying MJ didn’t care for these kids, I truly think he loved them that’s why it was so easy for him to manipulate them, it came from a real place , the problem was he also liked them sexually, he can care for people and still do awful things that’s how a predator hides in plain sight , and that’s why these children had difficulty speaking up because they truly loved and admired Michael so there little brains could not accept that he was doing awful things to them, that’s how molestation occurs and they say it’s usually by someone you look up to and admire.

I think some people as per the comments below are being completely naive in regard to abuse and the power of the Hollywood star machine back in the day and 'how the ranch was raided and 'nothing was found'.
As one of the guys said in the documentary, ' we don't have megastars like that anymore' and we don't. A lot of people had a lot to loose including some very powerful figures in the entertainment business at the time. Covet ups do happen and we saw this in the UK repeatedly with various very big TV stars of the day back in the pre millennium period and how even the instructions at the time aided and abetted with the star machine.
Given the comments aimed at Josh as an example, whilst the documentary was one sided I don't believe these two guys would have come forward to make 'stuff up', given the hate fuelled rhetoric seem here against Josh which will be far worse for them.
They will also no doubt be on the receiving end of death threats etc
Michael was an extremely talented guy and music speaks for itself.
He had an extremely unusual upbringing and as I said many times in conversation about him, I cannot remember a time even when I was a little kid, that he was not famous. He was always there.
All these things would have had an effect on the person he became and in many ways he was a victim also.
For those attacking Josh, I seriously think you need to reflect on what you say and consider why you deemed this acceptable

Agreed, people need to be more open minded on this. Forget all the accusations, Michael was a grown man that had a fascination with being around children all the time...that in itself is a little strange. I’m not saying he did it, but for people to be acting SHOCKED and like there is no way this is even possible is laughable. I find it ironic that when Abducted in Plain Sight came out everyone and their mom were looking at those parents appalled like how could you miss all those red flags, plus they had the man sleeping in the same bed as their daughter...but MJ comes out of his mouth saying he doesn’t see a problem with sleeping in the same bed as a child and some fans are still blinded to the fact that he could’ve been capable of this. Idk I’m on the fence like you and I do have conflicting feelings about this being made after he’s passed when he still has immediate family members alive but it’s not blasphemous for this to be true if you just look at how Michael was as a man. Any normal grown man wanting to hang out with kids that often would be a red flag to most but because he’s Michael Jackson people don’t think it’s odd. Like the mental gymnastics some people are doing is CRAZY.

Did they give you medical paperworK showing abuse, did he tell you which part of Michael body have the a vertiligo Mark's that would be something a child would clearly remember and also question when seen on someone's body. The people who had the evidence found Michael Jackson not guilty so what makes your kangaroo court any better. Although, I think it was an incredibly stupid mistake for Wade to have filed that lawsuit for millions of dollars. It is natural for many people to respond to that thinking this whole story is fabricated and financially motivated. And even though they supposedly are not profiting from this documentary, it can be viewed as some type of damage control after their lawsuit was dismissed.
As to Culkin's and Feldman's testimonies, those are totally irrelevant. Just because no abuse happened with them does mean it could not have happened to any of the hundreds of boys that were very close to Michael.

They were because of his ill taste for surrounding himself with young attractive boys. He told us he loved all children and the most loving thing to do was to share his bed with them. Except the fact no lil girls ever got into the bed rotation. He either didn’t love lil girls or just had a preference for sleeping with lil boys. That’s not being MISUNDERSTOOD, that’s blatantly telling us years ago what he was into and over the years he even groomed his super fans to not even question this odd behavior. • @zorglub667

not convinced personally, sorry. way too many inconsistencies, plus the mother of all conflicts of interests. when you take all the problematic aspects of these two, that one guy being happy to continue working, wanting a job on the circe du soleil production (actively choosing to have the supposedly trauma inducing predator as an ongoing topic of his professional life), and only when he didnt get it, the year after that he starts trying to sell a tell-all book? and when nobody found it convincing, then trying to quietly sue a shitload of money out of the MJ estate and being rejected by courts? being together with the niece (so much about him being "in love" with the supposed predator), failing to mention any of this, failing to have anyone else tell their view that might not go well with his narrative, to the point where that "kid after him" had to go on twitter and basically tell them "speak for yourself, and take me out of your smear documentary or i will sue you"?
and the other guy only being inspired to "remember" once he saw the first guy on tv talking about a 1,xbil. dollar lawsuit?
plus years of FBI investigation, years of being hunted by that tomforgothisname guy, house raided, all computers taken, and...nothing?
so heres the thing: personally i actually dont care all that much about michael jacksons music or the guy himself. not my genre. but logic alone seems to dictate to me that theres an equally convincing case to be made that, once michael jackson agreed to that settlement in the 90s, he basically told the world "look, heres a method to get a shitload of cash even if i deny all of this". the way things went fit a LOT better into a pattern one would expect from that.
noone will ever know for sure. but since it was those guys decision to move this to the court of public opinion, they cant complain whena significant part of the public says "does not pass smell test". maybe what they say is true, but after years of greed and trying to milk this story for cash they really very much destroyed their own credibility.

That’s all the evidence I need to know this man is not normal!!.. This man was accused.. not once but twice in a trial for accusations of molestation and he CONTINUED to have random kids hang out with him at his house..number 1 if he didn’t do anything wouldn’t he be smart to stop having kids stay the night with him so no more accusations can be filed on him .. and number 2 why didn’t he have cameras all over his house so if something like this would ever happen you have video proof nothing occurred .. this man had more money than he needed .. but he was a sick man who got whatever he wanted .. we shouldn’t be shocked this occurred .. we should be embarrassed that we as fans ignored what was staring us in the face because we wanted to believe he could never be a bad person!! I am not a Michael Jackson fan - I actually got more interested in the man in the past few weeks than I've been my whole life - but I agree with those who say that "Leaving Neverland" is completely pointless and possibly even malign. Not only it's utterly one-sided (with the director himself stating "What's the point of interviewing someone who says that Micheal Jackson was a good person?" - yeah, he really said that), but it doesn't have any fact or evidence to back up its claims. Just because someone says something happened doesn't make it true and that's all there is in the 4+ hour film: people saying stuff. The only "evidence" is the ring Jackson allegedly gave Safechuck, which bears no inscriptions, has not been examined by anybody, could've been bought anywhere and, if you look carefully, the guy's fingers are too small to actually fit it NOW at 40. On the other hand, we have two accusers who tried to get more than a billion dollars from the Jackson's estate in 2016, only to have the judge throw the case out of court (it's all true - you can fact check it as much as you want). That's fishy, to say the least.

To me they sound like they were told what to say and how to go into so much details, groomed, the director is from UK where I have been living for years, they love these kind of things, always trying to portray a very dark side out of celebrities because it sells, and having this aired out just 3 months before MJ's 10th death anniversary is definitely not by chance.

First off get your facts straight. You guys are saying false information, the other person is correcting that information. Just stop. If the lady talking wants to show some intelligence, then must I assume you've read the book, Being in Love with Michael Jackson, which is fictional. You'll see the very alarming similarities in these dudes stories. There is also another book along those same lines. If your going to do this (the accusers) why in the heck would you not put your best face on to do it. These dudes have had time to get ready. If this is their truth, then there would be no hesitation to let the Jackson family see the documentary, respond to it and since they were close to the family, talk about it. The problem is that you as some type of media, whether radio or T.V. need to do your jobs before you spill falsities to the community and fact check stuff. The man is dead. If that dude (the accuser) would have gotten the part in the Circus'olei show, you would not being hearing one dang thing about MJ being nothing but a great stuart. We all have played the, let me give you the good true stuff so that when i lie you'll believe it. Let me simplify since you guys seem to be short on the cognitive side. You have a resume or do a job interview your not qualified completely for. What u do is illuminate the high points of the company, which is true, then spin your web of deception about your own experience, which is false, then tie it together as if it's one and the same with the truth. You'll believe it because the first thing your going to say is, oh yeah they were truthful about our accomplishments and what we stand for. Ole school tactic of deception 101. You guys annoyed and lost me. I can't stand when people give baseless opinions as fact. Then she (female personality) wants to say, there is no way it couldn't have happened. You weren't there. There is absolutely a way it could not have happened. I'm broke and have a chance to get millions and the person I'm accusing is dead and can't fight back or show any evidence I'm lying. Oscars, Emmy and Golden globe here I come. You'll never ever see a better actor! Oh yeah, the race thing, well i expect 5 lilly white pple to say exactly what you said. Clueless!!

[Sorry if this feels repetitive since I posted on the original post from the 'full live episode']
But how many here feel that Macuga hasn't really watched all the videos about hearing the facts of the other side? 😏
Wade & James are problematic, the fact that they lied under oath doesn't help and their stories are constantly changing but Wade is the key player here because back in 2012, he wanted to be 'Creative Director' for Cirque du Soleil's 'Michael Jackson ONE' show when it was in pre-production stages (his letters are online, basically begging) at the time he was broke, he didn't get it. The following year he makes the allegation that Mr. Jackson abused him and sues the estate for a billion dollars, didn't happen. Then in 2015, he brought in James. They tried to sue again but was dismissed because they missed the 12-month statutory deadline after Jackson’s death and both are now under appeal. So, this is where "Leaving Neverland" comes into play, their betting, hoping that it will open up an investigation like what "Living With Michael Jackson" special did 16 years ago but they may have a HUGE problem. The FACT that the FBI (surprised raids, tapped his phones, computers, had surveillance on him, etc) for over a decade, CLEARED Michael Jackson's name after his death! The child-porn, the secret rooms (if you call a TARDIS a room) were ALL proven false in the court of law back in 2005 (where he was found not guilty on all 14 accounts), in which the FBI was a part of. Yes, Mr. Jackson had legions of young people visit Neverland Ranch, hosting Make-A-Wish Foundations events for sick, dying children enjoying his theme park without a care in the world and without judgment of the public eye.
The fact that there were only 5 accusers out of the hundreds of kids that have been with Michael Jackson at the ranch and ALL were proven to have financial motives. 1) Jordan Chandler (first allegation in 1992), his dad was caught on tape confessing he framed Mr. Jackson and got his $23 million in 1994 settlement. 2) Jason Francia's (second allegation ) mother (who was fired maid in 1991) accused Mr. Jackson also during Chandler's allegation, she got her piece of the pie from that 1994 settlement. Worth noting Ms. Francia has been in and out of jail for extortion. Then we have 3) Gavin Arvizo, who lied about having cancer and was seen in that "Living With Michael Jackson' special that led to the two year 'Trial of Michael Jackson' to which Mr. Jackson was found not guilty on all 14 accounts, thanks to the FBI. A trial that 4) Wade Robson defended Mr. Jackson. It wasn't until 2015 that 5) James Safechuck made public about his allegation when he joined Wade to sue the estate for a billion dollars and now we're up to date with Leaving Neverland. It's worth noting on Twitter, Mr. Jackson's former security guards have mentioned that Wade & James were more like "groupies," they were following Michael every chance they could and their parents were just as bad to the point of harassing Michael Jackson to pick their kid.
    BONUS THOUGHT:
I also sense that the music industry still seems to be bitter about Mr. Jackson because (at one time) he owned 50% of SONY Music. Had the rights to not only his own music but The Beatles and Eminem's catalog. He wasn't going to give them up as long as he lived! Michael Jackson always believed "they" were out to get him. Soon as he was died (murdered) Sony Music bought all his music for nearly a billion dollars from the Michael Jackson Estate. A coincidence?
I think not and "Leaving Neverland" is opportunistic hit-piece rather than a documentary!
