So for example when after you have drawn something with the pencil you want to restart typing with keyboard under the drawing, you have to go where you left the pointer (above the drawing) and press several times Enter. Thank you for this tutorial! One thing that drives me crazy is that when I have typed text and written/drawn text, they are recognizing each other and if I delete the text, everything, including the drawing, shifts upward and becomes a mess. Things become overlaid on top of each other. Is there a way to make the drawing portion an overlay on the document rather than an object that reacts to changes to the text (and visa versa)?

Sorry, can't help. Have just lost years of journal after following Apple Support advice to delete and reinstall the Office 365 App. All word files saves to "my iPad" vanished and I have not been able to recover them - even after spending $100 on fire recovery software. BEWARE - KEEP A COPY 0F EVERYTHING ON THE CLOUD!

I keep getting a small version of the current word document I’m working on in the upper left corner. It covers the top left portion of my document. It gets in the way. I don’t know what causes it to appear or how to get rid of it. Can you help? I have a picture of what I’m talking about but can’t attach it here.

It’s better now you can use a mouse with the iPad, although the office apps don’t have full mouse support just yet. For basic things covered in this video, the iPad is fine. There are some features from the desktop version that are missing on the iPad though, so it really depends on what you need to use it for.

I used pages one time and when I needed to print it, I had to convert it to pdf because that’s the only way I could access the file on a library computer, and it printed out super weird, the spacing and size of letters was messed up also it printed out really blurry. In mac, cmd+s gives us the options of location of where to save the file, likewise, what is the keyboard shortcut in iPad for the same?
