Its interesting you touched on this particular topic today for me bc i took a really delightful jog and truley embraced nature and realized im not actually a home body like i claim, i just was never compelled to go outside but its a new week and a new opportunity to make the week productive. This is why Mondays are my favorite day unlike most, its almost like baptising the previous week.

Nearly 14 year old high schooler in New Zealand here. Ive got fake friends which Im aware of, my girlfriend just broke up with me out of the blue, Im bulking and therefor not doing what helps me best mentally; running, and Im just not sure what to do. Im a very skinny guy and after coming back from a week long trip overseas, my friends made fun of me for gaining a little bit of weight despite them having made fun of me prior for being scrawny. If I stop being friends with the toxic people, there's nobody to go to but the girls or autistic loners, both of which would have me bullied for doing. I look in the mirror and am proud of how nice I think I look, just for other people to tear me down, and even if I dont care what those people say, I want a true lifelong partner and when it feels like everyone believes I dont look good, the potential person Im looking for is included. Any tips?

If you are starting running remember about strenghtening your knees and ankles. ATG workout from Kneeovertoe guy are great. Doing them you will avoid injuries. Remember also about doing good warmups, cold showers after running, and hip mobility exercises :). If you feel much pain always stop and mix Running with walking. I forgot to mention stretching in general / improving your glutes strenght/ opening your chest. You can also add walking barefoot/ Trail Running. Its good for your ankles :p
