Another Virgin 747 retired from service, (G-VROS) positioned down to Heathrow where she will meet her new owners - Altas Air.
Kudos to Virgin for the wing wave and taking time to taxi past the Runway Viewing Park.

I have a question conerning this flight. The plane was empty ? Was it a ferry flight ? I have the feeling it's a very very short take off run for a 744 in Manchester.

Hello Philippe, yes the plane was empty for the 35 minute ferry flight to London Heathrow. I believe she will be handed over to Atlas Air at Heathrow. Regards!
