Hi sir I'm sandy from India please let me know how to use niacinamide serum salicylic acid serum kojic acid serum and tretinoin please make a routine for these products if possible
In theory you don't use them all at the same time since it can cause irritation. Niacinamide is basically like a weaker retinol since they have similar benefits (usually you use niacinamide if your skin can't handle retinol, for instance, but you can put niacinamide first and then retinol to make them work more effectively, in theory) and you should never pair vitamin c with retinol in the same routine because the chances of your skin getting irritated are very high. I'd recommend using vitamin c in the morning (and applying a generous coating of sunscreen afterwards) and retinol/niacinamide in the night! Be careful with the retinol usage though, only use it if you're 20+ years old and depending on the concentration of it you should be using it every other day (if it's not too concentrated, and only when your skin is used to it, preferably use it once a week at first to see how your skin reacts and then increase it to twice a week and then every other day, depending on how your skin reacts to it) or once or twice a week (if it's of a higher concentration). On days you don't use retinol you should be safe to use niacinamide or you can even pair both as I mentioned! But please be sure to treat your skin well and to not overdo it 🫶🏻
Vitamin C doesn't seem to do well in my skin. I eventually start getting bumps after prolonged use and I've tried the different variants of it but without success. What are the alternatives for someone who has dry and sensitive skin?
Thank u doc! I learn so much from you and your skin looks great!
Gracias Doc, yo la uso por dia ,ya que en lad noches uso un retinoide 👍
