Celonis is really changing the game in the area of business process improvement. However, some organizations are still not mature enough to take advantage of this technology as their work flow systems don't capture end to end data (especially things synonymous to case IDs & they don't have date & time stamps) for every single transaction. Any ideas on how to handle these challenges to still take advantage of process mining on legacy systems?
Would this capability not depend on processes being executed in a single system, or integrated system of systems? Most of my client's "as-is" includes off-line activities, emails, spreadsheets, etc..Just getting them into a system for the end-to-end workflow is a first challenge. And those systems include ability to configure measurement points.
