Daily routine for glowing, spotless skin: - Start with a glass of water on an empty stomach. - Wash face with besan pack and rose water, then pat dry. - Use liiittleextra rice berry vitamin c face serum and apply aloe vera gel as moisturizer. - In the evening, apply milk and turmeric mix on face, then wash off and apply toner and aloe vera gel. - Eat greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, and exercise 4-5 times a week or do yoga.
After 15 days of use, this rice berry serum has proven to be highly effective for brightening my skin and fading dark spots. Its light, non-greasy formula is absorbed quickly, leaving my skin looking radiant and feeling smooth.
I appreciate you being so open about your skin on your body vs the skin on your face and what you are doing to help it. The exact reason why I am searching DIY vitami-c videos is that I want to use vitamin-c on my body to keep my skin healthy. Your video was perfect! I can not wait to try your recipe; thank you so much!
Hello from London ✋🏻Thank flip for Amazon! You got me into making my own skin care Sophie. I’ve made all your versions of vit c serum and I think with this one, you’ve nailed it. Your Gorgeously Green DIY’s are brilliant. Thank you 🌺
Hello Sophie, Thank you very much for sharing such a great recipe. I have been using vit c serum for the past month. Very happy with the results. The only problem i am facing is curdling of Ferulic acid. For some reason, it’s not blending at all. Just staying on top & sticking to the bottle & sprayer. Any suggestions to blend it properly would be appreciated
Hi Sophie thank you so much for this easy to understand video :) I tried making it using the vitamin E and my ninja blender, but it doesn't seem to want to emulsify.... any ideas on how i can correct this? Thanks in advance and for all your awesome videos. Natalie
Thank you so much for your tips! You are inspiring and beautiful! I love your offerings on self care and vegan eating, as well as your wonderful energy! 💚💜

Ferulic acid is not a water solidable and the other recipes show mixing an eye dropper of vodka one at a time until mixed..mud like then mix as receipe
Just made this, thank you for such wonderful tips and your positive energy. I do have ph strips for the Vitamin C Serum, what range are the strips supposed to say? Thank you
I am excited to try and make this! I can't find the ferulic acid. the link on amazon is currently unavailable. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can purchase the ferulic acid?
I’m barely watching this 3 yr old vitamin c, ferulic and hylauranic acid video. You mentioned you liked this one but also liked the today one. Which do you prefer now? I’m going to look at her videos to try to find that other one you like. I would like to find a good recipe to make my own vitamin c serum. I would love your feedback. Thx.
Interesting video! I had been using the C-Firms day serum by Drunk Elephant regularly, but noticed that the consistency changed within a month or so - thicker and darker orange than when first bought. I discovered a much cheaper brand of C serum called Mad Hippie, I think, and like it so far; but this recipe doesn’t look too intimidating, and I like the idea of making small batches and having them stay fresh longer, than a big bottle of it like with the Drunk Elephant version. I wonder if refrigerating skin care really makes a difference in helping to preserve it for a little longer?
It can extend life a little longer, but you still need to make it fresh and test it. The darker orange/yellow color of a product means it's oxidized - toss!
Love all of your videos Sophie. Thanks for the total honesty - most of us can relate! Anyway, I would love to know the brand and shade of your nail polish. It is really pretty and fresh looking. Thanks!
Read your blog ~ trying to find a little more information on the PH however could find the article. Would like to know what to add if it is too high and or too low. Thanks You! Your Beautiful!
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen Thank you so much for responding... I am sorry for the confusion, as it's my fault ... I mean with distilled water do you think it will be okay to add an essential oil to the C Face & Body Serum Mixture ? Can I say that I love learning from you!!!
Maegan Tucker rosemary eo is an antioxidant great for prolonging the shelf life of your oils. It does not prevent mold and bacteria from growing Even though rosemary e o does have antibacterial properties you would need a ton of it to safeguard your product against mold and bacteria If your product has no water in it you are fine to go preservative free. If you use water in your formulation you need a preservative Please Please do your own research
Yes you can. But don't worry to much about preserving. The most important thing is that you use it up quickly (within 2 weeks) and make more! The formulation needs to be fresh to be super effective.
Hello, I made this serum, mixed it vigorously, but it separates when it's been sitting for some time. Also it's quite runny even though I followed your 'recipe' to the letter! 🤷🏽♀️
Hi sophie! Hope you’re doing well ❣ I love that recipe but I’d like to upgrade it to 30%, my dermatologist told me it’s an ok concentration, and I handle it very well.
