DIY Anti-Aging Vitamin C MOISTURIZER | New & Improved Recipe for Even Better Vitamin C Serum

- YEARS AGO (I won't tell you how many) I posted a video to UA-cam of a DIY Anti-Aging Vitamin C Serum. To this day, it is my best-performing video! If you're worried about aging skin, Vitamin C NEEDS to be in your skincare routine. But, as I've discussed before, Vitamin C is very unstable and should be made at home, instead of purchased at a drug store. So I created this recipe for a deeply nourishing moisturizer that has an amazing form of Vitamin C in it - I promise you're going to LOOOOVE this recipe!
Here is the link to my original UA-cam video! • DIY Anti-Aging Vitamin...
2 tsp beeswax pastilles // amzn.to/2LmI005 If you want you cream to be less thick and balm-like in texture, just use 1 tsp beeswax pellets
2 tsp coco butter // amzn.to/2LmKWKd
2 tbsp rosehip seed oil // bit.ly/2AxgVSP
2 tbsp squalene oil* // amzn.to/2PIgt9V
4 tbsp distilled water
1/2 tsp magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (Vitamin C) // bit.ly/2S4WV1p
4 tsp vegetable emulsifying wax // amzn.to/2Ciao0p
20 drops of geranium essential oil // amzn.to/2R3db5G
20 drops of frankincense essential oil // amzn.to/2QBXOlD
* If you don't have squalene, you can omit it - The recipe holds up without it!
For those of you who want to learn more about squalene, check out this blog post!
www.liveabout.com/what-is-squ...
STORAGE: To preserve, store in fridge for up to 6 months. To increase the preservation of your product, you can add 1/4 tsp of Grapefruit Seeds Extract www.nutribiotic.com/maximum-gs... in the final stage of mixing.
TO USE: Always use a popsicle stick or spatula to scoop balm out of container, this will keep bacteria out. If you have very dry skin, you can use morning and night. If you skin is combination/oily, use as a night cream.

As a cerified formulator of natural skincare products. May I offer a few suggestions and a bit of advice here, that you don't use refined Rosehip oil, (the more orange the rosehip, the more beneficial), the one you've used has no colour so has likely had the benefits refined out of it... and don't melt rosehip or the sqaulene in with the butter and beeswax. Instead, mix it in after the melted butter has cooled slightly otherwise you're heating the properties of the rosehip and will damage them. The water phase needs to reach 70 degrees. It's also very important to bring to correct temperature, and not to add the essential oils until after the formulation has decreased to below 30 degrees. When using essential oils in skincare, it's also crucial to stay within the safe dermal limits and they shouldn't ever be more than 1% of the final formulation for leave on products. (this also depends on the essential oils you are using) never measure by drops, but rather by % of formulation. Also when adding ANY water phase to skincare, it needs a preservative to protect against mold, yeast and bacteria which can't always be seen by the naked eye, yet still may be present. This formulation wont be safe to use beyond a few days, if not refridgerated, and maybe upto a week or so, if refridgerated. Sorry, but grapefruit seed extract is NOT a preservative, but an antioxidant. It may help prevent from rancidity, but it WONT preserve the formulation. Plus, it needs to be checked for pH balance.
Formualtions should be broken down in phases: A, B, C.
Your emulsifying wax should be heated with your butter and wax, the water heated seperately to 70 degrees.
Then blended together.
Then when the mixture has decreased to 40 degrees you can add the Rosehip and Squalene and Vit C powder to keep them stable.
At room temp, you can add the essential oils and a preservative. Once again, if you're adding water to ANY formulation, a preservative MUST be added. Grapefruit Seed Extract is not a preservative, nor are any essential oils.
Hope this helps...:)
Thanks for explaining this. I have a question what if you just use the butter, oils, and vitamin c powder only would it grow bacteria would it last for months?
This is Sophie Uliano channel! if you really wanted to give some advice! it could of been done in private! these are her subscribers!
Her advice needed to be presented here in the comment box since the video has gone public and users needed to know of this helpful and important advice. This video has not been corrected, therefore, the only way we would know how to make this product safely is by reading this knowledgeable persons advice. A comment box is available for sharing all kinds of information and feedback, including helpful and important information from a trained skin care expert. Her comment was not demeaning or negative in anyway so why would anyone get offended? I am very happy to know how to make this product in a way that will be more beneficial to my skin and not grow bacteria. If Sophia would have stated that the product should be keep in the frig and will only last a week or so, the skin care expert probably would not have felt such a strong need to voice her guidance and opinion to all of us. I don’t want to use a moisturizer that is ineffective or growing bacteria. Why would you? I had planned on making this product today and now I will be able to make a much higher quality and lasting product. I don’t have the time or money to waste making an inferior product. Thanks Cotton Blossom Skincare! I really appreciated your time in sharing your expert advice on this recipe. I’ve never heard of you before but I am going to see if you have a channel of your own right now!❤️
Cotton Blossom Skincare assuming one made this without water, how long would it keep?
What could be used as a preservative? I have citric acid
Say what you will about oils not moisturizing, but this has proven to be a remarkable product. I started using my own mix of Sophie's Vitamin-C serum and hyaluronic acid serum November 25th of last year. Within the first month I met three different people who were visibly stunned to learn my age. The serum did nothing to moisturize, so I made up this cream early this year, and the results have been quite remarkable. While enjoying a nice restaurant dinner with my son last month, we encountered a friend of his who mistook me for his SISTER! Nothing like that ever happened when I was using top-of-the-line commercial products. I'm 70 years old, I don't color my silver hair, and I wear no makeup at all, so this man's mistake was the result of my skin care, nothing more. Two thumbs up, Sophie. Obviously, this works for me.
Kathryn, this is the MOST amazing comment ever! Thank you for making my day!! (and for making this moisturizer)!
OMG, THIS MOISTURIZER IS AMAZING!
Thank you so much for sharing this incredible formula, Sophie! I made this and my skin looks 10 years younger. The fine lines around my mouth (laugh lines) have greatly diminished. Can we talk about the glow it gives me? Awesome!
I made one alteration: I substituted squalene with pomegranate oil because my Amazon shipment arrived late. Also, I didn't have geranium oil. Next batch, I will be making it with your exact formula. I'm so glad I found your channel because this is an answer to my dry skin dilemma. A BIG thank you!
Sherine - I am SO GLAD you left me this comment. I actually LOVE your swaps, and I'm just so ecstatic that you're seeing fabulous results!!!
Love it! This is a must try.
can't wait to place my order for all my products next week and start my journey with all your lotions and potions!! Thank you more than you could ever know!!
You got this, Korinne!
Just made this recipe today. I substituted cocoa butter with Kokum butter since I have sensitivity to cocoa. I love how it turned out! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing recipe, Sophie!
This looks good. I might try this.
You're great teacher
Thank you, and God bless your work. This moisturizer is absolutely amazing. I've already made my 3rd batch - that is how amazing this moisturizer is.
I am so happy Tarati!
Thank you for your response Sophie I think I need to add more cream as I put 4tps of cream to 2tsp of powder and feels a bit gritty on my skin thanks again xx
Love watching your videos you always have something new and innovative.
Thank you!

Oh I LOVE this I gotta try it! :)
This cream is lush! My mum started watching your videos and making her own creams after having horrible allergic reactions to products with preservatives in them. Her skin is now better than ever and we both love making natural moistursers alongside your videos Sophie! Thanks so much 😁 x

Thank YOU for watching!
Thank you Sophie. I'm finally getting a chance to make this today! I copy and paste the ingredients and print them for my DIY healthy and beautiful recipe book! My husband said I'm doing my mad scientist stuff today. Lol
Isn't it fun - how did it go?
It came out excellent! Thank you!
Hi Sophie. I´m a fan of yours. I´ve discover you around one year ago and I love to see your videos. Keep up the excellent work. I´ve seen all your videos on the vitamin C. I want to start using it, but I have some questions. If you could take the time to reply to me I would be extremely grateful.
Can you recommend other companies/ websites besides making cosmetics.com as that one doesn´t ship internationally. In my case would have to be to Europe.
Do you recommend using your Vitamin C serum (second recipe) with L Ascorbic acid followed by your vitamin C new moisturizer with magnesium ascorbyl phosphate in a morning routine?
Do you recommend using it both vitamin C serum and moisturizer in the morning and night routine? Or using the vitamin C serum and vitamin C moisturizer in the morning and retinoids at night? By the way, I know it´s off topic but I´d love to know your opinion if you can. Are retinoids better than Alpha Hydroxy acids? Thank a lot.
Hi, thank you for the video. Can I sub coconut oil instead of using coco butter? Thanks!
I love you recipe thanks for your vitamin c serum
You are welcome
Hi Sophie, I am about to make the vitamin C moisturizer for the first time and was wondering if the end product is a soft cream that I can put in a pump bottle or if I needs to be in a jar. Many Thanks Megan :) x
u are wonderful!! thx so much ;)
Hi, I love your recipes, I am new to this and so face I'm loving making lots of different creams, but are your measurements in US or UK measures as some of my creams are so thick that I have to warm up in the microwave to use lol.. I am in UK so I can convert your measures if they are in US terms. Thank you so much for giving me a new lease of life :)
Thanks for share :)
Sophie, thanks for the recipe. Can jojoba wax be used as vegetable emulsifying wax in this recipe? Thank you.
Hi Sophie, love your videos! The link for the squalene oil is not working for me and I am having trouble finding organic squalene oil so could you be so kind and give me the link to where you buy yours? I don't live in USA so I need to buy it online. Thanks
Hi Sophie, thanks for sharing with us.. can we use any alternative of squalene oil?
Just omit it!
This is so great. I've have this plan to have a girls day when the weather gets cooler. I thought it would be fun to use homemade recipes and create a spa atmosphere. Sit around relax with a glass of wine or a cup of tea and just enjoy each others company. I'm also looking for homemade makeup recipes.
Wow, that is SUCH a great idea. I thought I would share some of my other DIYs for your at-home spa day!

Hi sophie, can i use the carrier oil of my choice?
Thanks Sophie- very nice and informative. Please can you tell me if its ok to mix Jojoba oil, rosehipp seed oil, lavender oil, vitamin E oil, sweet almond oil, rose oil, frankincense, with coca butter, shee butter & aloe vera gel
Hi Sophie. What is shelflife of this cream? Thank you
Hi Sophie, I'm new to your channel and seem to be turning a while new corner with homemade products, fitness and diet combined. I'm a biological scientist from Durham UK and have been researching the science of nutrigenomics and absolutely I'm loving your videos, I've made your coconut milk/lavender/aloe vera shampoo and was really impressed with how easy it all was. So I decided to jump in and make this recipe and super excited to see it's benefits, however my rosehip seed oil was orange not clear like yours and thus it gave more a yellow cream, is this ok
Your newest fan, much love Tracy x
Tracy - I am so glad to meet you!! Welcome to the family!! As long as your rosehip seed oil isn't spoiled, a slightly yellow cream is just fine!!
Let me know if you have any more questions!!
Thank you for your reply Sophie really enjoying my new Vitamin C regime the serum on a morning and cream on a night is working marvellously and I'm thoroughly enjoying your channel. I'm making my own Almond milk now and using your idea of soaking the chia seeds in it to make a creamy morning yoghurt consistency for my soaked almonds and berries, what a fantastic idea loving it. Thank you xx
I love this, thankyou Sophie! Im not buying expensive store face creams anymore. Ps...I LOVE LOVE the neck oil recipe. I use it everyday, even on my face. It smells soooo good ❤
Fantastic!
Where do I find the Neck oil Recipe?
+Kaja Malouf
Hi I just saw your question....I think you can find Sophies Neck Oil Recipe on youtube. just type Sophie Ulano DIY Neck Oil Recipe 😉
Hi can I blend elmusifying wax to my SPF oil moisturizer recipe done already?
hi sophie i like this cream can i use it all over my body or should i use only on face neck and use or make something different thanks
Excelent! What foods do you eat and excerzises you do to keep in shape?
Oooh! You need to watch some of my other videos, because it totally runs the gamete. I am plant-based and gluten-free, and I work out almost everyday - That's the big picture!
hi Sophie , what is the size of the jars you are using?
Sophie! I’ve made this cream a few times before and it worked wonders for me. However, the batch I made last night is drying my skin out a lot... do you know what could be causing that? I eyeballed the ingredients and I’m wondering if I put too much of something? Hope you can help!
Hello there from South Africa..just came across your video for the first time and WOW!!just amazing!! I am 60 and indian dry skin(pigmentation galore). Some clarification please! Can I use CAMU CAMU instead of VIT C powder? and also do I read correctly that measurements are Half tsp. VIT C? if CAMU is ok how much to use? Thank you for wonderful inspiration
Great video! just wondering how this works under makeup
Okay - but it depends on your skin type - works better for dry skin under makeup.
Hi Sophie, I just wonder how long this cream lasts without a preservative since it involves water. Thanks so much for sharing the recipy!
Really good point. It has the antioxidants in it, but I would say it has a shelf life of 3 months out of fridge, and 6 months in the fridge.
The refrigerator, unfortunately, will not keep it from growing bacteria - especially since your fingers will be going into the jar daily and will introduce bacteria into the formula. These bacteria can be extremely dangerous and they can remain invisible for quite a while and still be very dangerous. They are most dangerous to people who have skin problems, sores, are diabetic, or have low immune systems. Sepsis can form in the body. Mold can be invisible and spread it's "tentacles" throughout a formula and completely overtake it before the spores are even visible to the human eye. An effective preserving medium is extremely important. I am for as natural as you can get, so I use one called "Vegecide" and it can be found in various lotion making supply companies online. It's extremely mild and rates a "1" on the EWG Skinsafe Database online.
Hey there Sophie, I am absolutely in love with your videos and want to make this moisturiser but when I click on the links you have provided at the bottom of the video it takes me to a website called " affiliateshop.com" ?? Is that correct or should it take me to another website ??
Thank you so much for your time. Your biggest fan
hi sophie ! i want to make this cream and i wanted to ask, i have olivem 1000 , an emulsifying , can i use it instead of your emulsifying wax? thank you
Hi Ms. Sophie, is it 2 tsp or 2 tbsp of Cocoa Butter?
Could I use shea butter instead, I don't have cocoa butter? But if cocoa butter is best, it's definitely going on my grocery list! Great job I'm looking forward to making this soon!
Naturally Bubbly Me was wondering the same thing. Also because shea doesn’t clog pores like cocoa butter
Thank you so much for all these wonderful videos we appreciate it a lot I'm going to try to make this one but for the preservative what do you think we should use ??? I want something natural not have any chemicals in it so please let me know thank you😘😘❤️❤️🌷💐
Honestly, I don't use a preservative. If I'm worried about it, I'll keep the product in the fridge!
Hi Sophie I am new to your channel and cannot get enough! I have a question about the vitamin c cream. My skin is normal/combination and in the past if I use creams that are too heavy on my face I tend to get white heads. Would you recommend using this formula for my skin? And if not can you make a diy lotion for the face that is lighter and targets sunspots and discoloration from spots. Thank you!
I recommend making my Vitamin C serum, and then using a very light moisturizer on top of it.
Could you put rose essential oil in instead of the others
Hi Sophie,
Is this recipe still recommended or is there anything newer?
Thanks,
Dafna
Hi Sophie, love the videos and I have been using your Vit. C serum for 2 wk.s now . only once a day as my face is a bit pink in the morning and I think I should build up to am and pm. I did get all the ingredients for the vit. c cream haven't made it yet but can they be used together or is this too much vit C?
Too much, especially if you're already seeing some redness. Here my best advice: Vitamin C can be used sparingly, and you'll still see results. Try going to every-other-day (or every two days) - Just make sure the products you use in-between are soothing!
Thanks so much for the quick reply, are there any soothing products you make or recommend?
Do you have a suggestion for an alternative to the coco butter? My skin reacts to coco butter (also to shea butter), but I absolutely LOVE your recipes and would love to try this one!!!
Can you do Shea Butter?
unfortunately, no, I can't do Shea Butter or Coco Butter. But thank you for the suggestion, I appreciate your response.
How about mango butter? It's similar to shea and cocoa.
Is the vegetable emulsifying wax safe ? It appears to be not very natural. Thank you Sophie. Can I replace it by another emulsifying wax (olive?)
Hi, I want to make one pound of this cream can you please tell me the amount of each ingredient to use. I want to keep it for 6-8 month what are the preservatives I would have to use thank you .
Hi Sophie! I've been making home products, and homemade personal care but I confess that I was worrying about homemade facial products. Especially because everything I use is anti-aging. But after what your video I'm very excited to give it a try and see if it works for me. I have some questions...
1. I'm vegan and usually I replace bees was for candelilla wax. Can I replace it in this recipe? It's important to use bothe wax?
2. If I use Candelilla wax which is from vegetable, do I still need to use vegetable emulsifying wax?
3. Usually I use vitamin C serum 20% (that also contains hyaluronic acid) every morning because it's the perfect combination with the Retin-A that I apply at night(5 days a week). If I start to use your DIY moisturizer which already contains vitamin C, should I stop using my Vitamin C serum in the morning?or can I make this DIY cream with 20% vitamin C?
4. I just saw in that making cosmetics.com sells Hyaluronic acid. Should I add this in this recipe to make it more anti-aging effective? Sorry, this is my first face DIY product and everything I have used contains Hyaluronic acid which is known for fight anti-aging, but I don't really know scientifically if everything should have it in the ingredient so if you can help me with that would be amazing!!
Thank you :)
Hey Camila! If you want an easier recipe for a Vitamin C Serum, just exactly like the one you buy in the store, you can check my Vit C Serum video. What you are doing right now, combining Vit C in the morning with Retin A at night, is probably the best you can do for your skin. If you make your own Vitamin C serum, you should not use it twice. Finish the store one first and then make your own.
If you want, you can add Hyaluronic Acid to it. Its main effect is moisturizing, so if you want to keep it simple and inexpensive, use the Vitamin C Serum and Retin A + any moisturizing cream.
Hope it helped!
Hi Sophie, I followed the exact recipe but the cream has more of a balm consistency. What do you think went wrong. Also I read that cocoa butter, beeswax clog pores, is it true? Why do you recommend them?
What would you suggest for vegans who would like to omit the beeswax, is there an alternative?
Hi Sophie can I use vit E capsule for replacing the vegetable emulsifying wax?
You need emulsifying wax in order for the ingredients to mix properly.
where did u get the distilled water. I was able to get Glaceau Smartwater Water. Can this be used?
what should we use instead of beeswax?
Hi Sophie.... 1. What about using the Camu Camu powder along with or in place of the Ascorbic Acid crystals? 2. When you add the Ascorbic Acid crystals to the heated wax solution, won't you destroy at least some of its properties? Ascorbic Acid crystals are very unstable and deactivate in light and heat. Thanks....
This form of Vitamin C that she uses, called Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, is a very stable version of Vitamin C and can be held at a temperature of about 175 degrees (F) and won't start to degrade for ten hours or so. So, just heating high enough here to dissolve in the water won't hurt it and it is stable in the formula.
I just came across this recipe and I want to try it buthow about vit E as a preservative
Can I use olive oil instead of the squalene oil?
Does it works in a pump dispenser or is it too thick?
Can I leave the cocoa butter out of the recipe because my skin breaks out so badly to that? I didn't know if it would come out the right way you are demonstrating. Love all your recipes.
Yes - can you use shea instead?
Hi , just made it and as I added tablespoons instead of teaspoons of beeswax and cocoa butter I added the same emulsifing wax and double everything else , it has come out really thick and I can feel it on my face also my face seems to perspire , can i do anything to make it better ?
can you apply this mixture before applying makeup ? Sometimes the lines under my eyes show a lot when I do my makeup.
u are amazing go ahead
I would have loved to have seen the end results. What about a whipped cream?
I just posted a whipped body butter DIY - Here you go! ua-cam.com/video/O5BE3Niukfc/v-deo.html
is this good also for oily and acne skin?
Hi Sophie! i just love you and your wonderful ideas. I incorporate many of your ideas into my daily routine. Can I use something other than bees wax pellets for this recipe? I am a vegan.
Carnauba wax might work! www.amazon.com/Luxuriant-Sparkle-Beauty-Products-Carnauba-Natural-Vegan-32/dp/B00FN3375E
Thank you, Sophie!
***** Hi! Are you asking why I'm a vegan or why bees wax is not vegan? :-)
Thanks for asking Carol Lagnese...I'm vegan too!
You're welcome, Danna Quintana!! :-)
Thanks for this Sophie...does this have preservative? Does it need one?
See my notes in video description!
Hi Sophie.
Can I use a hand blender for this recipe? 🌸🌺
Louise
yes you can
Cant wIt to make this my skin has. Gone dry as i go through peri menopause being 46 is hard work 😂 love your recipes Sophie 😘
Thank you!!
So I can't use the L-Acsorbic acid powder in this? Thanx😞
Hi Sophie, is it common to turn your fingernails yellow? Mine have turned a yellowish orange color, not attractive at all, suggestions please.
Can you talk about natural preservatives that we can use when making creams and lotions? Sometimes I want my products to last a little bit longer. However, I don’t want to use chemical preservatives.
Vegecide is what I use and it's very mild, gentle, and natural.
Hello, I love all the DIY recipes and I have experimented making a couple of them! As I am new to making lotions and potions I have been looking on the web for more information and it seems that when making your own creams , oil or water based, it is needed to add a preservative. Apparently adding honey, vitamin E, rosemary oil etc. is not enough. What is your advice? Thank you
If you look in the description of the video, I give some advice on storage, and adding grapefruit seed extract to prolong shelf life. You are so right to ask!
+Sophie Uliano Thank you so much for your reply, I will follow your advice.
how long is the shelf life for the cream?? great video by the way!!
6 months in the fridge. See my preservation notes in video description!
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen Hello Sophie, I just discovered your channel & I'm loving it. I couldnt seem to find the recipe for the Vitamin C moisturizer. I'm looking for exact measurements. Pls & thank you.
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen Sorry, I just found it.
Can I use Shea butter or Coconut oil, because my mother is allergic to Cocoabutter. 😯
hi i want to ask u about argarline peptide all talk about it is like botox but as cream or serum i found it in a site as powder d u recommend buy it and diy cream or serum if u have any diy recipe plz
I am thinking of doing a DIY with this ingredient, as it is very promising.
Could you add carrot seed oil as a natural sun screen? Ps love your videos!!!
For sure. I love carrot seed oil
Great video, Can we use this cream for children age 5 years or more?
Great question - Vitamin C is a key ingredient in anti-aging products. Although this DIY is super sensitive, I might say that 5-year-old skin doesn't need anti-aging benefits :). Maybe stick to something with less acidic products!!
Can I add anything else instead of the veg wax, as I cannot purchase one in the UK that’s not good and affordable
Hello Sophie Uliano.. Is this cream good for people with Rosacea? Please respond thank you!
I might go for something a little gentler for rosacea ... What products are you currently using? There's a great brand called CelticComplextion www.celticcomplexion.com/ that you may really like!
Hello, can we use Shea butter instead of coco butter and aelo Vera gel instead of vegetable emulsifying wax? Geart video with recepie thanks for sharing.
You can use shea butter, yes. But aloe won't emulsify the formulation, so you might get separation.
Hi!Is it Ok to put a half of Lemon(juice)on my face?It looks tighter right away, but some tells Me that it is Not Good for My skin...I don't Go on the sun,of course.. Thank you!
how long can i i preserve this cream and should i put it in the fridge?Instead of distilled water can i use rosewater or witchhazel or another infused water? As always beautiful.Kisses from sunny,SUNNY Greece.
Yes you can use rosewater or another infused water. Not witch hazel. Yes, keep in the fridge.
hi many thanks for wonderful videos. i was following ur Lipstick making recipe. u did not add any flavour or fragrance.. is it ok without any flavour fragrance? what if i want to add fragrance is there any suggestions??
If anything, I'd add a little lavender essential oil. But do a patch test first.
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen many thanks for reply. i will add levender. do i need to add preservative for longer shelf life.. and vitamin e oil so oils dont go rancid after some time.but i am unable to find pure vitamin e oil in my country which can work as antioxidant
I always understood that L ascorbic acid was the most potent, though not as stable, if you make it often
Hi Sophie! I am so discouraged at the moment...So I have really bad discoloration, I look like I'm tan on my face, and I look like I was wearing sun glassed out side because the skin around my eyes is really pale compared to my whole face??? It has happened in the last 2 yrs for me and I have tried just about everything natural and pure that I can think of and I'm about to say FORGET IT! and get some products that are not so natural to take care of the problem:(( Do you have any suggestions or any DIY recipes that could help my discoloration? Thank you SO much! Emily
You want to do some peels on a regular basis, and use tons of vitamin C - I recommend using my original Vitamin C DIY serum every morning. But, I have to say, it might be your sun damage coming out, and if that's the case, the only thing that will totally deal with that, is laser. I have a lot of sun damage/discoloration too. I didn't take care of my skin in my teens and twenties and sunbathed in hot sun with BABY OIL on my face - I am considering a laser down the line, but for now I just treat it with Vitamin C, and regular peels.
I just got it a week ago, I'm using it evey night before go to bed mostly on my neck. I have notice my neck feels so smooth and a little tighter. I love Argan Rain %100 Pure Argan Oil so far. I'm gonna keep using it and hopefully this can reduce the rings I have on my neck.
Sophie you should check out SkinPep Super C15 Serum. The best serum I have used full of great ingredients: 2 types of Vit C, Hyaluronic Acid, Pentapeptide-3, Panthanol, Collagen, Vit E, Ferulic Acid and Glycerine and only a few preservatives.
Thank you!
+Sophie Uliano it's only £14.99 for 30ml to :). I have made my own Vitamin C before but have found buying a formulated one easier, (I'm lazy) 😂
