I made some fudge yesterday. Ingredients. One can of Condensed Milk. Two packets of white chip chocolate buttons. Fresh raspberries. Method. Add white chocolate buttons to a white bowl. Add the Condensed Milk. Slightly melt it on a low heat. Be careful not to burn it. Then mix the chocolate through. Then with a fork slightly mash your raspberry add to the chocolate. Mix in gently. Then get a baking tray. Lined with parchment paper. Add the mixture. Place it in the fridge overnight. I had to place mine in the freezer as it was not set from putting it in the fridge. Hope u like it.
It looks a little loose. You could have done with bringing it up to a slightly higher temperature for it to firm up a bit more. But that's personal preference!

What is 125 butter? Half a cube?
I'm curious; could you use all butterscotch chips?
I think the consistancy wouuld be the same but it might be quite rich, but if you like butterscotch give it a go :)
