- How to perform a 100 hour chassis and air spring service on a RXF36 m.2 Air. The operation is similar on the original RXF36 and RXF34. Make sure to follow the manual found via the link below for them.

18850-12 - Air spring service kit
01336-01 - Renep CGLP 68 Fork lube 1L
01338-22 - Renolit SI 410 M Silicone grease 225g
01337-06 - Renep CGLP 220 Air spring lube 0.6L
19245-01 - Mulit clamp tool TTX18
19246-02 - Wiper seal tool 36

Is it difficult to mention in your tutorial video the quantity of oil that should go in the forks? And even the specification for the grease? Because, your manual that can be downloaded is isn't that much different from this video and it doesn't mention any!!!!!!! Even the torque specs is not even specified! My goodness!!!!!
It's 5ml per stanchion for the original RFX and 10ml per stanchion for the M2.
then the only question is where do I find tools and the items needed for this...

All very good, but to be able to find the Kits of the cardtridge air is almost impossible, those of the lower legs skf are also difficult to find, they could publish distributors where to find, If not, a suspension that only lasts 100 hours is rubbish.
Anyone know where you can get the soft jaws they show in this video?
Hi Ohlins, I did my RXF36 when removing the lower leg, I didn't use the wrench 14 to keep the knob, I just turn counter-clock then remove the allen key then take out the knob, so the rebound now very hard and stiff, it can't be rotated, do you have any advice? Thank you so much.
The right amount, the right torque... How can be usefull this video??? What oil? How much? What grease? What torque?

so what is the quantity of oil in the air spring? on the manual it is written 0.5ml above and 0.5 below, which does not correspond to the quantity of the video ... thanks to who can give me an answer

Spoke with Ohlin customer service and that is apparently the correct amount. 0.5ml above and 0.5ml below. Disregard the quantity you see in the video.
This is the most unhelpful instruction I have ever seen.
What kind of oil? how many oil? What’s the torque of the different srews and caps?

Hi Todd, because you haven't specified which fork you have, we recommend removing the bump rubbers you have and replacing them with bump rubbers of the same size. // Öhlins Team
what is the torque setting for the positive air chamber of the air spring?
If you're talking about the sealhead that connects the air spring piston and the cylinder tube, it's 10NM. If you're talking about the top cap that screws the entire air spring into the stanchion tube, it's 32NM (add blue loctite to bottom two threads of top cap).
What is the recommended fork seal lubrication fluid?
I use rockshox 0w30 which ohlins has previously says is ok
Engine oil can be used for as long as its 0w30
I was looking for this on the google , but 0w30 full synthetic or no synthetic?

Unbelievable - only half the information required to fully service this fork correctly where we are left to search the internet for specific volumes and torques - and who knows what kind of nonsense that will return!
Come on Ohlins - you need to do better! YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS are looking for basic information on how to maintain the maximum performance and extend the service life of this very expensive premium suspension product without having to send your premium products to the limited number of service centres.
