appreciate the video Aaron. Not sure if you already have one of these, but a video describing a few drills/exercises to practice in order to achieve a consistent hand stand would be appreciated. Also, I really liked the step by step flow video that you went into detail on each move and then put them all together--more of those would be cool. thanks!

The ram, the bike, the fanny, its like an 80's boys toys dream 😅 wouldn't worry about a few scratches on it unless you plan to resell. It's fanny= lady parts in UK too, i wear one and call it a waist bag 😮

I think you did nicely in the session, you're a strong stocky guy so this stuff must be harder, most guys you see are very lithe/lean doing these moves. Im still struggling at the wall, but getting a few seconds control, its unreasonably hard to handstand!

Thanks mate. Being stocky helps for some things that require power but being on the tighter side naturally it makes the mobility side of things challenging! The strength seems to help with balance though for the most part. Keep going with your wall drills! They will pay off.

@@agrifforama I'm kind of resigned to spending years at the wall, maybe five minutes a day inverted, it's not a waste of time anyway even if there's no end product. The good thing about your build is you look powerful, women like that 😄 capable of handstands, ground flows, rings, rugby tackle, wrestling crocs, whatever comes along in oz 👍☀️

@@Alien_Frog_king trust the process and keep at it and the holds will come! Rugby did help toughen me up in my youth and the occasional crocodile roll, but these days I'm enjoying working on skills and mobility more than heavy lifting!
