I am guide on Santee Copper Lakes myself and another guide have been using rattles for awhile now but I like your your rattles . talking about the Santee rigs did you know the color of the cork makes a differences also .
Chad would you cover the colors working in different colors of water? Why I would use yellow over red or black! Sometimes use black over the others! I find use black in water where there is a definite line of brown dirty water flowing into a clearer water color like a small creek flowing rain water run-off It makes a line in he water where fish hold in the dirty water but jump out into the clear water to feed on unsuspecting fish that are swimming by! about a year, over a year research? Then you should release the statistical data you've collected indicating the specific perimeters you've tested, and the results... I'm sure many people would love to see your research data, my self included.

Is there audio proof, that these DO rattle when fishing ? If a guy is suspended drifting in open water, what is going make it rattle ?

John Cormier Some people just prefer different colors. I haven't noticed a difference thus far with colors and one being better than another.

Orange line is main line and clear is the leader. Orange is Hi Vis so I can see it, leader is heavier.
